Zach went above and beyond excellent customer service. My husband had passed a week ago when I experienced "Shift to Park" error. Being alone with one car I expressed my concern about not being able to shut off my car over the weekend. I arrived at 9:30 and was out within 2 hours. Forever grateful.

It’s been a few days since we bought our Chevy Traverse from Marchant Chevrolet and we’re beyond thrilled with our purchase. The entire team made our purchase a breeze. We had to bring our newborn with us and one of the team members literally watched our baby for us while my wife and I were able to sign paperwork. I almost asked her if we could nap in the break room after but we weren’t the only customers getting taken care of that day. The salesman made us laugh and had some epic dad life wisdom for me but he made the information easy to understand. I don’t have names of the people who helped us because literally I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone on the team helping you out. I highly recommend the team at Marchant Chevrolet for all your car needs!

I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for about 3 months and everywhere that I ended up,there was always something wrong with the deal that I could not accept,when I showed up at Marchant Chevrolet,I was introduced to Jonathan Marchant and he showed me a few vehicles and I also visited there Ford store where I looked at a Maverick.Jonathan reached out to me to see how my visit went at the Ford store,he was very concerned if my questions were answered ,I test drove a Colorado at the Chevy store and I was very pleased how it drove, Jonathan helped me along the way, never pressuring me to make any decision,I had been looking for quite a long time for a new vehicle,I ended up deciding on the Colorado and my search for a vehicle was over! Iam a Chevy guy anyway so it just made sense,Thanks for all your help Jonathan!

This was our second purchase from Marchant, and both times Shawn Couch was amazingly helpful, friendly and no pressure added. Our first was a family vehicle, and our second purchase was this past week for our high school graduate son. We love that Shawn took the time to explain the vehicle purchase process to him without having us as parents feel any extra pressure. We all walked away truly happy, and we know that when the time comes again, we’ll be seeing Shawn.
