Many, many thanks to Ken Treschitta and the entire team for organizing our shipment to France. Our belongings were taken from our place in Washington State on April 10th and on July 1st they were at our destination address in France. Everything went extremely well, no additional paperwork requested after the departure of the shipment, and no other fees. Just as promised. Great communication along the way: we were constantly informed about the status of our shipment. All our emails questions were answered in a timely manner. Many thanks as well to the team that brought our things from Rotterdam to our destination address in France by car. We are genuinely grateful for the amazing professionalism of EuroUSA Shipping Company and we highly recommend their services. If you want a stress-free experience, do not go any further: they are the best!

Highly recommend this service, Ken was kind, respectful, attentive, and always made sure my questions were answered. A stark difference to other companies I received quotes from. I moved from Brooklyn to France, it took a few months but I was not in a rush. Price is a bit on the higher side but worth the peace of mind (movers re-packed my things, brought all the material, moved out everything quickly) and no hidden fees.

Moving with Ken was an incredibly frustrating experience. He was very friendly and professional at first but things turned sour once we left the US. Despite an initial quote of $3,650, the final invoice ended up above 6k (!!), even though we had removed several large items. The poor quality of the pre-move survey left us shocked at the final volume, and it took tens of emails to negotiate the price back to a somewhat reasonable bracket. The whole process felt like our furniture was being held hostage, especially since the shipment was still sitting in the U.S. for months while we received repeated assurances it was en route. We had to wait 3 additional months with no furniture in Europe. Additionally, the mover he agreed to work with in Europe damaged several walls and refused to take any accountability.
Ken's lack of transparency made the whole move unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.

I will highly recommend EuroUSA Shipping Inc. I recently moved from the USA to the UK and from first contact with Ken Treschitta of EuroUSA, everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. I was very anxious as I’ve never moved internationally but I was reassured and kept up to date throughout the entire process. My personal belongings were packed very carefully and professionally by the movers and shipped across the Atlantic, arriving within the month, and everything arrived in perfect condition right to my new home and professionally unpacked by the movers on this side. All appropriate paperwork and custom forms were taken care of by EuroUSA. Making the entire process very easy. I want to personally than Ken Treschitta, the fellas from Frank and Son’s for packing my belongings so well. 5 star service!

We moved from Pennsylvania to Germany in August 2023. Ken was very helpful answering all of our questions about the procedure, customs, etc., and the move went very smoothly and right on track time-wise with the estimates we had been given. I always felt like Ken would be available whenever we had a question or concern. We shipped a large pallet of boxes (no furniture), and everything arrived in great shape. EuroUSA also had the best price by far of the six or so quotes we received. We will definitely be using EuroUSA for our next overseas move!

I've heard many bad stories about some moving companies especially when moving aboard where the US side might not have much control once the items are over there. But luckily my case was good. Ken was very patience, thorough and responsive on every step. And both of their crews in the US side and Europe side were efficient and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I honestly can't say enough good things about the professionalism and service I received from EuroUSA. I worked with Ken, who to me is really top notch. I moved from the States to Europe and decided to ship my fully restored grand piano. I was apprehensive to say the least given the age of the instrument and the cost of restoration. Ken worked with me and arranged every part of the process: the pickup, the crating, customs forms and transport from door to door. The piano arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend EuroUSA and will definitely use them again when I return back to the States.

I'm VERY glad we chose this service. For our move from Houston Texas to Portugal, everything arrived in perfect condition. The service was from inside our USA home to inside our Portugal home (condo - stairs). Service was excellent. The company picking the items up was wonderful with the care they took wrapping and preparing furniture while barcoding every individual item and box with a description so they could be tracked. I could not be more satisfied. This was all at a lower cost than estimates I had made based on online pricing. The owner of this company had excellent communication as well and quickly responded to any question or concerns. He hires subcontractors and other companies but we had great communications from all companies all the way through. As a pro-tip, we also included an Apple air tag in an item we shipped and was able to have online mapping/tracking of our stuff the whole way. No regrets.

Ken managed our move from NY to Sydney. Final invoice amount ended up being 30% greater than the quoted amount, despite us having disposed of two of the largest furniture items (the ol bait and switch).
Our goods then sat in the US for months before being loaded onto the vessel for shipping. The kicker was him telling us that the shipment would be loaded the next day (multiple times) but when I looked up the vessel IMO that our goods were supposedly being loaded on, and the vessel was currently in Korea.
He strung us along for months, before our shipment finally arrived in Sydney (in August, after our good we’re packed up in the first week of January), upon which we discover multiple issues with the shipment. Broken furniture, poorly packed items. Oh, and an extra $500+ charge for a “difficult delivery” to an inner city terrace house?!
If I could do this again, I’d have gone for the slightly more expensive quote and hopefully would have had a better experience.

I moved form Stamford, Ct to Portimao Portugal September 15,2023, the ship left Oct 15 and we had our things delivered Dec 7, 2023 everything went very well the men that came in Ct were very good they packed everything I wanted them to pack.
In Portugal I had a delivery to our apt and then to a storage house, they did a great job unpacking and what I asked them to do.
Very good communication on both sides US Ken and Europe Kate I was keep updated when the ship would arrive and how long for customs to clear everything.
I would highly recommend them!!

Ken was a pleasure to work with. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the contact. He had helped my husband with his move from Colorado to Scotland the year prior and his move was extremely smooth. I followed a year later and had the same great experience. I would highly recommend anyone moving internationally to use them.
