When my wife and I started shopping for a new RV, we were told that the dealership is as important or even more important than the unit itself. This is certainly true of Coastal RV. We were actually focused upon models that Coast do not carry; but in the end, it was the professionalism of the dealership that convinced that we needed to deal with Coastal. They were patient with us as we dropped by several times to look over different units. When it came time to purchase, the experience couldn't been better. They honored their offer even when they found out that they had made a honest mistake, and then they worked directly with the manufacturer to get our unit to us as quickly as possible with even some upgrades. Thank you, Scott and Jonathan for making that possible. The PDI and walkthrough training was thorough and complete. Thank you Blayne for doing a great job of checking the smallest of details. When we found out that the factory did not include one upgrade, Jack and others worked hard to make it happen.
All RV units will have defects and adjustments. So make sure that you choose a dealer that will stand behind their product and treat you right. For us, Coastal RV is that dealer!

I have had an awning placed on my horse trailer through this business and the work was good (expensive but quality). I went back to give them more business but was completely ignored in the office. They didn't have a receptionist, which is fine, but one of the guys that worked up front came in the room, looked at my father and I and continued on his way. No good morning, no have you been helped, nothing. Like we didn't exist. Customer Service is a huge deal for me, so we promptly left and I will find another business to give my money to. I try to support local, so this is a real shame.

Ashley was amazing when we went in looking for camper. She explained everything on each camper we looked at, answered all of our questions and made sure everything was smooth sailing from the start to finish. Cody was very thorough with his walk through with us and explained everything we needed to know for our new travel trailer. The entire staff was amazing and very helpful with the entire process, from just looking to pulling out with our new travel trailer.

We purchased a camper from Coastal almost two years ago and we make it a point to stop by on our journeys up the east coast to either upgrade something, look at what’s new or simply say hello.
This time we lost a plastic awning cover on our drive up, most likely from the storm and these incredible folks, starting with Jack were able to help us out with a small miracle. Got us back on the road to continue on our three month journey to the Canadian Maritimes. While there, Ashley showed us a couple of campers that would clearly suit us as we look to upgrade for our next adventure. The fine people here really are a notch above any other dealership, from sales to service

We are very unhappy with the service we received at this RV Dealership. On May 20th, We were on cross country trip in our motorhome when the slide broke. There was a broken motor and a slide rod coupler. We asked for a written estimate after diagnosis and never received one. Shame on them and shame on me for letting them go further. The service manager did not keep us updated on the progress and costs as requested. He was terrible in returning phone messages for an update. A job that should have taken about 13 labor hours, based on another estimate, took them 18.75 hours @ $199 an hour. Also , on the second and final day of repairs, they give us a verbal estimate of 1.5 hours to finish. Instead they charged us 6.5 hours of labor to finish. 5 extra hours of labor ($995) without a simple call or contact. Finally, the Service Manager told us they had checked and re-aligned the affected slide cover , which was part of the service request, when they had not.
When we continued our cross country trip, there were issues with the alignment of slide, slide motor controller adjustment and slide cover being out of alignment. When we got home, it cost us $300 to have a local RV dealership at home to adjust and re-align the slide, re-align the slide cover and re-calibrate the slide motor control so it properly stopped going in and out. The owner of Coastal RV refuses to refund us any of the extra repair costs to properly align the slide or to reimburse us for any of the charges beyond the verbal estimate on the last day.
If you deal with this dealership, get everything in writing.

Do Not go to this dealership if you want honest service after the sale. We bought a New 2023 last June. We have had nothing but problems, starting even before the Camper left the lot. The door would not close correctly and they used a power drill which stripped the screws. We paid $400.00 plus a generous tip to have it delivered and set up. The technician could not get the power on and broke the seal on both the outside outlet and inside inlet, leaving wires unprotected. I made numerous calls to have other items repaired but was told I would be required to bring it to them. We made it very clear that we were making this purchase to live in permanently and had no way to tow it in.
A few weeks ago we had a total power outage caused by the patch work done on delivering. The electric power cord melted and also burnt both the outside and inside components. I called Coastal RV and explained the situation and they stated that we had to bring it in. We had to get another dealership to conduct the repairs which was another $ 386.00. I emailed the invoice to Coastal for reimbursement and they told me they needed pictures. I offered to provide said pictures and their response was that their service manager had to see the work for himself. We made several more calls to Coastal and always were sent to voice mail. I finally did speak with upper management who insisted they would need to send some to verify the work and stated that he could not guarantee we would be reimbursed.
This is my second post. I made my first post when we could not get anyone to respond. When the post came up I was called immediately and told that if I take down the post they would reimburse my repairs. I took the post down in good faith but now two weeks later we still haven’t received any reimbursement. Today I made one more call in efforts for resolution. Still received the same response.
If you are looking for a good honest dealership that stands beside there word, You will Not find it at Coastal RV. Go somewhere else, any other dealership. I cannot express enough how disappointed we are and taken advantage of by this place.

Today was my third visit to Coastal RV Center for service on my 23 Entegra Coach. Kevin and his team continue to exceed my expectations. If you need service on your travel trailer, fifth wheel or motorhome, give this shop a try. You won't be disappointed. I will go back the next time my rig needs service.

I am new to RV world and jumped into deep end and bought a 2002 motorhome. I am pretty handy and in the first year had to take to shop to put on a new serpentine belt. I went to Protech and they put on the wrong size belt. It came off several times leaving me without power steering or brakes. I figured out the belt was too big and had them correct the mistake. Horrible experience. Was scared because I now needed regular service like tire rotation and brake check. I message Coastal RV and got the nicest reply to just message service to schedule. I did and minutes later a lovely young lady named Cindy called me. Super sweet, understanding and helpful. Met with Kevin today and said I discovered additional issues. No problem. Best RV experience ever. Buy an RV from these people. I wish I had. Will update on service, but these people are AMAZING! Everyone I ever called made me feel like I was putting them out to service my older RV. Not them! Bring your RV to them or buy yours there! Wish I had! Sorry I hit three stars by mistake if you read this before. And to update you I’ve had two calls from the tech letting me know exactly where he was with things. He was watching out for my bottom line. I also forgot to mention I had gotten a crack in my windshield last trip and he has been able to handle that repair too. Excellent service!

My wife and I had been looking for a particular Winnebago travel trailer floor plan for about two years, waiting for the right one to come along. That moment happened about a month ago, when I found it on Coastal's website. Even though we live in Pennsylvania, it was too good of a deal to pass up. Our sales rep, Jonathan, offered a good price for our trade-in, so we loaded it up, drove to South Carolina and completed the transaction. We were greeted with a red carpet treatment upon arrival, and then thoroughly "introduced" to our new camper by Coastal's professional staff. It was a very satisfying experience all the way around and we are very much looking forward to our first camping trip in our new Winnebago!

This review is long overdue! Andrea and I can only say good things about the entire team at Coastal RV. Starting almost 4 years ago when we were looking for something to get started camping again. We searched all over the southeast! Looking at travel trailers, Class C and even a few Class A’s. We ended up in Ravenel SC, just 45 minutes from our home in Beaufort SC. We were greeted by Scott, our sales person who spent the better half of an entire day going over many units on their lot. We eventually ran out of time and had to come back the next day to continue our search. Two weeks later we picked up our Class C, Winnebago Itasca Cambria. Great unit!
Jump ahead 3 years and Covid. We sold our house and needed bigger for full time living. We found “a deal” on a 2018 Holiday Rambler Vacationer down in Florida. We lived full time in this unit while building our new house and needless to say found many things that needed work. We made an appointment with Julian and sent him a list of things that needed to be done, in order of priority, with a deadline that we would need it back. We were given estimates on the cost of all items to be worked on prior to any work being started. Mike our certified technician and the rest of the team in the back were able to get all of our items corrected within the allotted time and stayed within all prices that they quoted. I need to also add that Mike our technician, also kept us up to date with emails, pictures and phone calls of all the work as it was progressing. Cudos to the entire team

We are a recreational vehicle dealership in northern Illinois. One of our customers was on his first trip with a new Winnebago trailer he purchased from our store and had a leak as well as several issues. He made an appointment with Coastal RV and Kevin assisted him in getting all of his concerns resolved. He was on his way the same day and Costal made him a "very happy camper". We appreciate another dealership taking care of our customers that are on the road and hope to be able to return the favor for them someday.
