Travel to Charleston weekly and stop to fill up and grab coffee. Since when do you say good morning and hear no response and no thank you from a clerk when you are spending hard earned money. I can spend my money many more places and not get treated this way. Good riddance!

Poor customer service. The clerk is too good to pick up the ID off the counter. You have to hand it to them. We have had enough. Last time we came the store was closed with a sign on the window. I guess they didn't want to work that day. We will just go down the street to Nicks. They actually know what customer service is.

Rudest staff ever trust go across the street to Blue Water !!! Apparently staff at Circle K in Ravenel are too good to pick up money laid on the counter!!!! Took my money across the street and you should too !

Horribly rude staff ! Laying the money on the counter is evidently not an acceptable way to make a transaction!!! The staff here want you to place it in their hands!!! Didn't place it then don't intend to ever ! I did however give my money to the station across the street, where I'll be shopping from now on !

My lifesaver! Woke up at 11pm, my kid has a fever. We are all out of children's medicine and none of the adult stuff can suit purpose. CircleK was the only thing in miles that was open and had what we needed. Blessed! Please keep the children's medicine stocked, you could be saving a life in our small community!! So grateful to the folks working overnight.

That old white lady working at night are grouchy... looks she had bad day with her man..when u asking her questions she don't even look at u. Poor customer service

This store doesn’t know what Southern hospitality is, very poor customer service. I’m thankful I didn’t give them a penny. Basic common courtesy is the bare minimum in customer service.

Keep in mind when looking at the reviews. This place is really a 1.7 and that's just because it had better reviews at one point. We're not allowed to give it a zero which this place actually needs negative numbers because it's absolutely disgusting and the bathrooms don't work and they're completely out of fountain drinks.

It’s always something with this location. They’re always out of soda, rarely have the XL cups, and Gigi knows nothing about the sip and save program. Ring Donuts are supposed to be $1 with the program and she stated “I’ve never heard of that” when it’s clearly displayed with pictures on the drink counter, so it’s clear there is no training and she doesn’t pay attention to the signs around her.

Never open 24 hours and sits in the store with people lined up waiting and not acknowledging or informing anyone that they are in fact closed not just doing shift change or whatever

Horrible sevice. I arrived there at 7:00pm on 4/14/2022. The cashier was cashing out the register, an action you do at the end of the shift. The line was all the way back through the store. She did not care. Customers starting leaving left and right after 10minutes. I stayed 27 minutes just to see how long it would take her. She still did not acknowledge any of us customers. Even when I asked how much longer she ignored me and the other customers. I walked out and left my purchase on the counter. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Norvelle is not friendly and has horrible customer service Skills. Circle K could benefit from giving Norvelle, the cashier, customer service education before she puts you out of business. Circle K owner you need to be uncover boss. I think you would pass out with disappointment. Who balances the register, which is an end of shift task during the shift with at least 10 customers waiting to pay...Norvelle
