Hi guys, I just wanted to post a review of our experience at auto by Center back in February. I took my niece there to purchase her first car she saw the one she wanted and was super excited although we looked at several cars at other dealerships we decide to purchase this one from Auto buy center ! RC was a great sales person He was laid back no pressure. He answered all questions and I’ve spoken to him several different times in reference to other cars. We waited to write the review because I told him if the cart was a piece of junk, I was going to write a review not a good one either!!!! However, the car was great ?. My niece is still super excited about the vehicle purchase and if you’re looking for a sales guy with no pressure, friendly laid-back chill he is the one to see!! Thanks for your help RC my family is grateful for your professionalism, and for your ability to answer questions and be patient with us with her 1st car buying experience I wish you and your family and your company nothing but great success!!!!!!!

If I could choose 0 stars I would. The cars on the lot are over priced with crazy high mileage. I wanted to purchase a vehicle.came by 10 minutes after closing time. I was immediately stopped at the door. Wasn’t given much information. Turnt around and was told to come back tomorrow. They treated me as if though closing was more important than just giving me a little information about a vehicle; which would of taken 5/10 minutes of time. Thought to give them some grace considering they were closed and Went by the next day to test drive the car. I asked the salesmen were there any maintenance done before placing the car on the lot. He stated they only made sure fluids were in the car everything else is fine. There were a huge crack in the windshield, which I know my insurance wouldn’t cover it, so that’s an out of pocket fee Additionally. I wanted to get the vehicle a pre purchase inspection prior to purchasing it. The owner asked as if he wasn’t able to work with a PAYING customer who have been back and forth to their lot showing interest in their vehicles; in between working 2 jobs. Something in my spirit told me to get it checked before purchasing. Since I had a check in hand for the full price of the car. Took it to get inspected. These people have not done anything to the car. It had no coolant in the vehicle, Bad Tires, Bad battery, bad electrical tire sensors , navigation system barely worked, inside cosmetic damages.I took this lying man word and he didn’t have the decency to hell go to dollar general down the street and get a bottle of coolant to put in the car. Hell he didn’t even wanted to take off any money for the vehicle when I would have to had pay well over 2k in maintenance after cutting him a check for 13k. I see why cars don’t sell fast there. So unprofessional and you would think they would help their own people out and not try and scam them. But all in all I went where I was appreciated at another dealership and purchased something even better and more worth it with absolutely no problems.

i have to give you at least 1 star, I would give you 0 stars if I could..Apparently this lot did NOT want my business, jumped thru hoops getting my bank statements and still the owner argued I had no proof I was the one who works for GXO ???...Seriously, ever hear of calling and asking GXO!!?I was a repeat customer of Hanawalt Auto Sales in FL for 13 years with no issues, but this Seller refused to sell me a over priced (by $2000) car...fine with me if my $$ isn't good enough I'll give it to someone else.My house and car are paid off...all of my bills are caught up..I have 0 cc debt...I have a steady full time job (making nearly $22 a hour) as shown on my bank statement..My bad, apparently you have disgruntled non white customers too. So no discrimination here?...buyers please read the negative reviews..RC helped me dodge a bullet. I'm trying to help you dodge a bullet with my honest review.

I really liked RC, the salesman I spoke to. I planned to go back but when I called the number on his card, several times, I got a recording saying no voicemail set up. So..No follow up contact!

Went there to look at a car and I did not expect to leave with it, the staff completely worked with me and we were able to close the deal. This is one of the best, trustworthy dealerships that I have come across and those cars are really nice at really great prices. There's a flavor there for anyone.

RC was laid back. No pressure at all. I like the smallness of the lot so it wasn't overwhelming. And we were blessed with a beautiful Chrysler 200. I trust that she will be good to us. Thank you RC for wonderful service. Your five star rating is well worth it. Keep up the good work and I'll be sending more people to you.

First I'd like to say I don't know what these other bad reviews are about. I know everyone has bad experiences, but when you go to a Used Car Lot with the understanding that you are about to purchase a "Used" car you should do your research on that particular vehicle. My overall experience with Miss Yoa Martinez was Amazing. She was professional and very transparent about everything on my purchase. She allowed me a 30 minute test drive. I told the her engine light was on in the vehicle, she said I could come back and take the car to my mechanic to find out what was wrong with it, and I did that. On the way I got trapped in traffic so I gave her call she told me to take my time. The service couldn't be better she was amazing they get 6 stars from me and I will be back.
