Stayed in one of the cabins a couple nights recently for a Bass tournament. Very clean and cozy. The only thing I could recommend is maybe some lighting on the walkways and parking area.

Great camping spot. Lots of people fishing. We saw several deer.

Campground is excellent and same for boat ramps. Bathrooms very clean, BUT the first shower never got hot water (Angler's point). Crazy. Finally moved to the larger end one and OK. Faucets were goofy. Sorry, I should have reported it.

My favorite boat ramp on Lake Murray. Tackle shop employees are always nice people as well. Prices are fair and the facilities are clean.

This is a fantastic park and now one of my favorites. RV spots are mostly waterfront, level and well appointed. It's geared towards fishing sports but the lake views are gorgeous.

They went up on the camping cabins (says you get charcoal now) & constantly change the prices for weekends, even still that differs week to week. Customer service is phenomenal! They did take of me on a refund when I had an emergency. Only get it on a gift card though. Been coming here since I was a kid but after the reading the recent reviews of stuck up staff & bed bugs in camping cabins....nope!

The location was great, the staff was fantastic...the cabins were lovely until we discovered bed bugs. They were kind enough to move the party to a other cabin but it was massively disturbing to watch them rent the same bed bug infested cabin to another party within 24 hours of us reporting the issue without really a clean out mattress swap out etc. They handled our situation with grace and class but overall it seems like a massive public health concern to continue to allow people into that unit knowing the issue at handRooms: Cabin

Close to home. They have a store, but charge high prices (bottle of syrup was $7). I mentioned the high prices to the cashier. His response was “where else are you gonna go”. This was a camping trip for us, but they do have cabins.

Loved being out on the islands. Our dog had fun taking dips in the lake while we hiked the Little Gap Trail. Could use more trail signage.

Campsites vary in size and utility, but they don't feel too tight. Wooded means it's not unbearable for tent camping and there is a good amount of "common space" on the non-beachfront side that helps things feel more like nature camping as opposed to being in a campground.Noteworthy details: Nature
