They pull the part for you, give you 30 day warranty and offer awesome service. Got an alternator for 50$.

Was told a couple days ago there was a 96 integra there that had a steering rack just to drive a hour out my way and wait another 2 hours (thinking they were getting the part the whole time) just for them to come back and tell me they can't even find the car to pull it off of nice people by all means just can't keep up with their own inventory smh

They were kind and pleasant and even had KRAFT SERVICE⛱️ with a few Jokes that made Hump Day feel like a lively Friday! As for returning for any Car Parts: Absolutely, but will try Friday when the lights are dimmed and the Disco Ball is a Spinnin'!! ???

I would have given them a 1 but they had a good initial price. They want cash in payment (or charge 20% for check or card payment) then give returns with a 20% restock fee. I don't get that. They are going to need to remove the part someday!!! Also they gave me a CHECK for my refund! Thats is policy too l found out after the fact. I am glad they are not my neighbor!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would the guy working at the front desk is so rude business is unorganised I called to check on an outstanding roadie pick up in the guy told me this is not UPS as if I did not know I was calling Ackerman's I seriously do not recommend you do business with this company very unprofessional

I drove from Columbia to get a part for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and told that a technician was already pulling the part I needed. This is the cleanest used parts stores I’ve ever been in.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! These guys are certified scammers. I ordered a transmission for my truck from these guys that arrived COMPLETELY SEIZED. They would not honor their warranty or provide any form of reimbursement. They took my $1000 and ran. DO NOT. Repeat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Ackerman. These guys will rob you blind. Not to mention they all employ a disrespectful and unhelpful attitude on the phone. Take your money somewhere else.
