Things are so unorganized with the clothes. They are selling appliances at eBay prices and sometimes more than new. Thrift stores never be that way.

They are friendly enough but wow, top dollar for 30+ y/o merchandise that is used and donated is absurd. Probably sell way more free stuff if you just get realistic about your pricing. No thrifting happening here.

The items are priced so high considering EVERYTHING is donated.. A lot of the items especially kid toys are priced more than what the stores sell them for if not the same price.

Aside from cloths, their prices are sky high. $60 for a large toy dinosaur from Jurassic Park, way to much. They expect you to pay top dollar for used items. Somebody in management needs to rethink their pricing decisions and be more realistic.

Used to love this place because it was organized and clean but now it just feels like a waste of time to thrift at. Shouldn’t be considered a thrift store with prices as high as they are. I understand inflation is a thing but I shouldn’t pay less at target for the same things I’m shopping for here. Very overpriced and staff are not always friendly. Makes for a bad experience worth reviewing. I’d rather dig through the goodwill to find a diamond in the rough then over pay for someone’s free donated items here.

This place is way over priced almost like buying new stuff actually it is and when you pull a sticker price off at the register and say that's not the right price I know because i priced it and over price the item and then sell it to the customer for over priced wow

I shop at Miracle Hill Thrift shop at least twice a week. My experience and rating of this store is not good today. Today I went shopping there and there were 15 people in line to check out and when the girl called up another person the lady told me she could only bag clothes and not check out anyone. I find it really surprising that there was no one else in that store that could run a register. The lady that came up looked like a Manager. People were putting things down on the counter and walking out. That is really sad to see.

Please change your store name to Miracle Hill Boutique, because it doesn't match your actual business. You say you want to help the less fortunate, but it seems like you're just using that as an excuse to charge really high prices.This location could make more money if items were priced fairly. Right now, because you're being too greedy, you're not selling much and things are just collecting dust.Please think about how your prices affect people who need to shop at thrift stores to save money. If you were more charitable, you could do better for your community and still make a profit.
