The staff was friendly, but don't answer the phone when called. I had blood work done and my doctor still does not have the results after almost 2 weeks. I've attempted to call four times and no answer and no message system to leave a message.

I had great experience today with my 1 year old baby. The ladies are very professional and kind, and they were able to draw blood from the baby with one single try. This is amazing!! Highly recommend the pedestrian service at this Labcorp!

Markeisha is a 5* rockstar!!! Super polite and professional and kind!!! I was in and out within 5 minutes and I am a huuuuge scaredy-cat when it comes to needles and was Uber nervous after reading the recent reviews!!!! Soooooo happy I took a chance!! Incredibly impressed!

Had a confirmed appointment, walked in and they said they would honor the appointment time, 30 minutes later I was told they were backed up and I had to wait 30 more minutes. It's always better to be honest with people. This new management team as well as the employees need to be trained in customer service.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get blood work done. I have shown up they told me systems were having issues and they could not do my blood work. I tried to call for another week and they kept telling me that the systems were down. Now I call and no one answers the phone or they answer the phone mistakenly and I can hear their personal conversations then they hang up on me.

The receptionist was very unwelcoming.I handed her my papers and notified me that “we can’t do this today” and turned around with out telling me why. When I asked why she then turned back around and said that the system was down and it’s been down all week.

They made me pay for tests in the office, but then also send me a bill for the same amount demanding that I pay.Additionally, they took my referral from me and never sent my results to the hospital. It was back in February. So three months later hospital still didn't get my results from them. I didn't get my results either: I checked my profile online with them and all it has is old covid test from 2 years ago.Overall, a very confusing experience. Do not recommend.

I’ve been there 2 times in the last month for blood work. Each time I made an appointment online and checked in by text message when I got there. Staff was friendly and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes each time also the person who drew my blood was able to do so, and one try, so it was an excellent experience

Currently sitting here waiting for my appointment for almost an hour. The last time I sat here I ended up leaving because their computers were down. It seems like it is always something. WouldNot recommend them

You can never get anyone to pick up the phone… I’ve called multiple times and multiple days… no one can pick up the phone it’s pretty pathetic. This is just ridiculous, this office should be shut down.

I have to agree with a few who say they are not customer service friendly. Just have to go in and take it up the rear and act straight and don't bring ourselves down to their level. I've called and called and called and called ...well you get the idea (over 10 times one day) and it rings until you get a message that says, "Sorry, memory is full, please try again later". Calling over 10 times during their hours of operation and not getting an answer is assinine. Oh but they'll send you the bill and expect youir money but won't talk with you about your bill... hmmmmm
