I had one of the top U-Haul experiences I’ve yet encountered due to the very helpful and informative gentleman who runs this location. He definitely took the time to fully explain everything and gave helpful tips to avoid extra charges. In my opinion, he went above and beyond requirements and expectations, especially given the lack of customer service everywhere these days.
I will definitely be back if the need arises and highly recommend this location.

John was an excellent help with getting me set up with my uhaul and trailer. Made the experience super smooth and provided great knowledge and guidance, as well as small conversation. Would recommend this uhaul location to anyone looking to utilize their services.

Customer service is superb. The folks who run the Storage Rentals of Americas Beaufort office are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll ever encounter. Definitely recommended.

SO inconvenient! The owner is squeezing every nickel he can get out of this tiny property. NO room for 2 vehicles to pass. The 5 X10 units are barely that. Seems more like a walk-in closet. Huge ruts in the back “entrance “After note...and DON'T give a negative review or they kick you out!But, I will say, even after evicting me for the negative review, I did receive my $35 deposit back promptly.

I had the best experience renting a UHaul trailer from Beaufort Self Storage. I had a reservation through UHaul App, but I received a proactive call from Beaufort SS to help me coordinate the best trailer, pick up time and price for my situation. I received a reminder call on the pick up day. When I arrived, there was an extremely attentive and supportive individual to help me hook up the trailer and ensure I knew what to do with my drop off. Top notch service

This faculty is clean. Owner is super nice. He brought my grandson and I cold bottles of water when I was moving my items in! Would definitely use again and highly recommend this facility!

Outstanding customer service! My wife and I are moving from Bluffton to Ohio and needed to rent a 15-foot truck and an auto tow trailer. I made the reservation through John and he was extremely helpful in determining the best strategy to get the car loaded and prepared for travel. On the morning of the pickup, William checked me in and assisted me through the entire process. He even personally helped me drive the car onto the trailer and provided instructions on how to hook and unhook the tow trailer when I reached my destination. Both of these gentlemen were fantastic! If I could give six stars, I definitely would!
