Upstate Containers dropped a container at a mutual customer's home and ripped up the gravel driveway. The homeowner found a very reasonable grader who fixed the repair for a minimal amount and the owner of Upstate Containers indicated he would take care of the bill, but to this date has failed to do so. If he chooses to reimburse our mutual customer then I will take this review down as I feel like he has resolved the situation satisfactorily.

Very disappointed! After spending several weeks planning with the salesman with initials CG, regarding delivery, he hung up on me! Good thing I have all the emails that prove my point. This person had a really hard time getting his story straight on delivery and is not professional. When I questioned him regarding delivery-he hung up on me. Sad behavior!

I just pulled the trigger and got my 40 foot container delivered today. They did a great job they did it quickly. Make sure it was level… I couldn’t have asked for more.

I have purchased two containers from Colum, and he was incredible to work with! Quick responses, wonderful customer service, and always kept me up to date on my order. He also went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for! Jason delivered one of my containers and was wonderful! He made sure it was level and fit perfectly next to my previous container!

Just received my 40' container. Love it! The whole experience was stress free. Collum was a pleasure to work with on the front end and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. Estimated delivery 1 month out, came in only a couple days after ordered. Loved how they looked out for their drivers and drivers safety before making a dollar.
