I had a good experience when I visited what is now Tuckers Tire. A young and talented young man named Dakota - he was just a short little fellow, but he sure knew how to diagnose and repair. I haven’t had any trouble with my vehicle since. Next time I visit, I will specifically ask for him! We had a pleasant conversation as well—such a polite young man. You won’t find a lot of mechanics that won’t tell you the non-truth or try and price gouge you! Dakota was excellent, and I hope he sticks around. Companies need positive and caring employees like him! I was in and out within an hour. Great prices and excellent customer service! FIVE STARS from me! This is my new go-to place for auto repairs and tires! Thank you all!

Reading the other poor reviews. There are similar complaints lack of customer service lack of follow up. What a joke ! My husband and I both put in inquiries for our separate vehicles and neither of us got a response within sixty hours when we were promised one in twenty 4 2 forty eight . Keep training your customers like that you won't have any.
I purchased tires from this location a couple of months ago. They gave me one time frame and extended almost an hour and a 1/2. Beyond that time with no phone call or no update. The only way I found out what was going on is I went down there after becoming irate due to their lack of customer service. When I asked them if they offered a military discount on my first visit. The guy kind of gave me a little bit of an attitude when he told me that he did not. I shouldn't know then that was not my garage. It was okay that they didn't offer one but the attitude was unnecessary. They were given the chance to make it up on the second visit, but they blew that.
So when you purchase tires from them, you're supposed to get free rotation for the lifetime of the tires. so I need oil change and I need my tires rotated. So I messaged in sixty hours ago and received a message stating they would get back to me in twenty 4 2 forty eight hrs. I guess I shouldn't be shocked that I have not heard from them. It's been real robin's real bad !!!

This isn’t Robbins Tire anymore. I left my vehicle in the morning for oil change and tire rotation. Car was not ready until after 3:00 and they had only rotated the tires. I had to wait another hour for them to do the oil change. $95 for an oil change and tire rotation and the parking lot looks like a junkyard. This place doesn’t stand a chance against Mavis.

Been doing business with Robbins over 50 years until Wednesday 8,2023 went for oil change took one and half hours definitely not what I call service while I was waiting people came in no one came out one guy left and came back still no one came outLot of talking and smoking going on with employees i will not be back I was told I needed new tires so they would not rotate my tiresThe sign outside said oil change 43.00 with tire rotation but I was charged 53.00 no rotation i actually found out later it was a new ownerI hope they do well but Powdersville expects better service

When I first called and requested tires and alignment, he told me the tires would be in in a day or two. It ended up taking 7 business days and a few follow-up phone calls before they were able to confirm the tires arrived. So I show up for my first appointment, and for some reason, the mechanic is not there, and they tell me to come back tomorrow. When I come in the next day as agreed, they told me the owner had just called, and let them know that morning that they wouldn’t be doing alignments (or other automotive services requiring a mechanic) anymore.Fortunately, the friendly staff at Goodyear in Easley had my new tires in stock, and worked me in to get my new tires and alignment done right after I called them. I realize I need to work on my Google Maps skills because there is a Mavis only a few blocks away from Robbins, and I’m pretty sure I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration if I had of just called them instead.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. They did an excellent job on my truck, and noticing problems from a previous shop, had their mechanic call me and explain so I could get it straightened out. I had taken it in for tires and struts, but was told I wasn't in need of struts. Most places would have went along with it. Thankful for this team, their honesty, and integrity.

This is a tire company that my family has used since I was a child. The service is always great! Yes sometimes there is a wait. But knowing that the service is so reliable makes it worth it! You even get completely free tire rotations for the life of your tires when you buy a new set. If you're in the market for tires this is the place to go! They will take their time to help you find something in your price range as well. Even their used tires are in amazing condition! They also offer some mechanical work as well. Just give them a call. You'll love the service!

Please check elsewhere before using this place!!!!!! Poor customer service and don't have much of a work ethic they have definitely gone down hill since better places opened near by
