Nice but very small parking lot and all of the parking spots are to be reserved, no free parking

OTR: Good lighting in Parking lot. Outside around Parking lot, very dirty. Lots of trash, has been neglected.Inside is clean. Big showers. Friendly staff.

I always had a pleasant experience here, until last night. I was sleeping on my 10 hour curtains drawn. It was 2230 hrs and all of a sudden someone is banging on thr side of my truck. The employees are going around waking up drivers to ask for reservation numbers?Could not get back to sleep. Whole day is shot.
