I have used Piedmont Self storage twice now and both times they have gone above and beyond. The second time, I needed a unit quickly as my mom passed away and I needed to move her stuff. They assisted on making the process quick and easy so I could focus on what needed to be done. The online sign up is simple and efficient, staff is friendly and courteous, facility is clean and maintained. I highly recommend them!!

Easy process all online, from start to finish it was less than an hour process. Unit was clean and had a lock waiting on me Inside the unit. Prices are reasonable for a storage unit facility as well very pleased with the overall experience!

I think this place is the best. Their space is clean and well maintained. Camaras are there on site. Contracts are straight foward so u know what is expected. They managers are friendly. Even though i have been late on payments theyve never auctioned my stuff definetly am grateful for. Theyve also went out of their way it seems sometimes for me. Thank you piedmont self storage yall are awesome.
