“Just over a week ago I posted a review about my pets "Lookout car seat Black Diamond". My review was somewhat negative because the seat seemed to be breaking down within the first year. I had emailed Snoozer about my disappointment. Within that week I heard from customer service representative Erika and by the end of the that week she had assured me a new foam seat was on the way. In hindsight, I should have waited. Erika emailed me daily to let me know that my replacement order was placed and it was covered by my warranty. I'm very impressed with their customer service representative Erika and I'm confident my new replacement seat will be here soon. My rating went back to five stars. My dog has never been happier to go for a ride in the car.”

“A beautiful and small store. They have amazing Ruff Pluff toys for your dogs that are hard for them to get through. My golden retriever loves them. I also got him a new collar and a short leash for my new puppy for when we go on walks. Great customer service. Great environment and I'll definitely be back again. It's nice to support a small business that's been in Greenville for over 10 years”

“Crystal did an EXCELLENT job grooming our English Cocker, Remi. Remi has quite a bit of anxiety and we were worried that a new person grooming her might make her more anxious. Remi did great, she looks spectacular and Crystal is delightful. Remi will return for sure. The cost is very reasonable and the staff professional and friendly. Thank you Paws and Claws!”

“Very friendly and helpful owners on-site! They give great advice and have a genuine love for/appreciation of our feathered friends. There are some unique items here, too, like the cylindrical birdseed cake that fits perfectly in the similarly-shaped feeder. Our birds really loved that (the dried mealworms attract a lot of woodpeckers!) I'm happy to support this small business!”

“I come here for the little bitty toys my toy poodle just has to have, that I can’t find anywhere else but a Petsmart is a Petsmart is well a Petsmart. Nothing extravagant about this place or it’s employees or well any other Petsmart that I have been in for that matter. So I make my own self happy finding the toys I need that fit the size of my fur-daughter and for that reason and that reason alone I highly recommend any Petsmart especially if you are looking for little bitty fur-baby toys.”

“Needed bandage for a dog that helps prevent chewing. Went to PetSmart first obviously for pets. They have no bandages or rats whatsoever. Not only did the tractor supply have them. When I called they had them up front waiting for me. When I ride they also gave me some advice that I did not know walking in. Everyone has a smile on their face and extremely nice. I love tractor supply and I love the people who work there”
“I have a number of Snoozer Products, 3 Console car seats in 2 sizes and 2 styles, a large Lookout and a small Lookout, and 3 Cozy Caves. My dogs like the Lookouts, but I have to put soft blankets in them because the Sherpa is polyester and rather uncomfortable for them (they are small dogs, a 8lbs. Maltese mix and a 12 lbs. Yorkie-Pomeranian). They like the Cozy Caves at first, but then, they leave them for a cushion that is made of a softer fabric. I would definitely buy any of their products, except the Lookouts and Cozy Caves inside material is too scratchy for my dogs (yes, they sleep in my bed with me on Frette sheets),”
