I had a storage unit with Patina Storage for almost a year. The rates were extremely fair and didn't raise unexpectedly like other storage facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The facility is clean and well maintained. The restroom for customers was an unexpected bonus and very appreciated. I highly recommend Patina Storage if you're in need of a storage unit!

I absolutely love Patina Storage!!! They are so nice and welcoming. The units are nice. The app is user friendly and neat to have. I would tell anyone that is looking for a storage or uhaul that Patina Storage is the place to be.

I had the best experience at Patina Storage. Kim and staff were always very helpful. The facility was very well maintained!!!! It had easy access and I felt very safe there at all times! They had hand trucks and flatbed type dollies available at the entrances at all times. If I could give them 10 stars I would. So blessed to have had an awesome experience with Patina. I’ve heard of too many horror stories with other storage facilities.

Very clean and convenient location. Well equipped and the staff is outstanding; knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Best storage facility in the area. Wish there was one in Gainesville, GA!!

Patina Storage is the very best storage facility! I had peace of mind the entire time I interacted with the staff. The humidity control is real control. The place is immaculately clean. Everyone is courteous, friendly and helpful. They even brought us all water during loading in and unloading out. I would use them again and again! Will use them when our business grows!! Thank you for being there in a time of need. Very much appreciated the family style help and care we received!!

The storage facility was excellent with a lot of thought given to tools folks need to move their belongings in and out of their unit as easily as possible. Security and cleanliness are amazing as well. Best of all are the site manager, Kim, and her employee Taylor. They both went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Moving and storing one's belongings is no fun, but Patina made it as painless as possible. We highly recommend Patina storage!

If I was able to give 6 stars I would. I can’t say enough good things about Patina Storage. Other companies should use Patina as a role model in customer service. They are kind and helpful. They go above! The facility is clean and safe. Do not hesitate to use Kim and her family for your storage or I haul needs. They are top notch!

The service at Patina is outstanding, Kim and Taylor could not be nicer. I've used several different storage units over the years but Patina is the best place I've used hands down. I can't say enough good things and I highly recommend them.

Wow is all I can say!! From my first phone call to Kim at Patina the customer service was amazing. We were moving and our close date changed frequently, I got COVID and had to delay as well. She was so helpful in moving my move in dates accordingly. Once in the storage building, she made sure we had 24 access when requested, she always returned phone calls and text messages. When it was time to move out, she went above and beyond to work with us with everything we needed. She also was very helpful in helping us find movers to assist us. I can't say enough about Patina Storage. THEY ARE AMAZING
