Highly recommend Pupstate Pet Resort!
We don’t board our 3 dogs often, but when we do, this is the only place we trust because of the exceptional care they provide to our pups.

Be very careful!! They changed the name, however they have a habit of cutting the nails way too close. I told the girl I could tell they had!!

I don’t usually do reviews but I just picked up my German Shepard from 7 days of boarding while I was on vacation, and I am very happy with his stay and will continue to use them !☺️ Staff was always very sweet and welcoming. And worked with his special needs.

Staff is rude and condescending. I have never seen a pomeranian butchered so badly, I think these photos taken just after picking her up from the groomer speak for themselves.

Highly disappointed in my service today. My babies have entry here for years but today was told supposedly the fleas were too bad to complete his cut. I was charged $40 for a wash that was supposed to include nail clipping. And I asked for teeth cleaned. And was told none of that got done because the fleas were too bad. I don't see how that would prevent those services. As for the fleas my baby had shown as usual signs of fleas. Especially not a bad case ... highly disappointed and will most likely never come back. The staff has changed so much. I believe that the issue

I can say one thing they keep their place cleaner than a restaurants do around here they're very nice people they can't make up their minds about the prices each time I've went it's been a different price for the same thing big treat you really nice in there I go right in and get right out

I always have a great experience boarding my pets here. The people here are so sweet and loving to my animals. I never have to worry about leaving them here because I know they are so well cared for. I have boarded my pets at My Pets Best Friend for many years and will continue to use them. I would recommend them to anyone. Your pets will be so well taken care of here.

What an awesome experience! This was my first time at My Pet's Best Friend and my first time using a self-washing station. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with all smiles as I told them what I was there for. They took me right back and showed me where to find all the things I would need for my pup's bath! In addition to the obvious benefits of using one of their stainless steel raised tubs, they offer a variety of brushes and shampoos to choose from. This was easily the BEST $15 I've spent in a long time!
