I took 10 outdoor cushions to be recovered. I asked that they add padding to the bottom cushions only because the furniture is not very deep. They said possibly 2 weeks, but happily they were done in one week. The cushions look beautiful, but they added padding to the top cushions and put the ties, which belong on the top, and were on the cushions I gave them on the bottom with the zipper. So the top cushions aren't well secured to the furniture. Having discovered this, I suppose I could schlep them back to be fixed, but I'm having guests, so I'll live with it. My take away is that they don't follow the written instructions and don't pay good attention to detail.

Outstanding customer service. I needed a comfortable yet practical solution for my elderly mother's furniture that could handle incontinence. Michael was extremely helpful. despite how busy they were he gave me his undivided attention on both the phone and in the store as we talked thru various ideas. Great people! I highly recommend.

To find a quality upholsterer in this day and age is difficult at best. The front desk helped in the huge selection of beautiful fabrics. The men in the back room did a fantastic job of updating the sofa cushions and 2 chairs. The promised delivery date was met and the final result perfect. It is evident that the entire company is proud of their work, and they should be. I will be back!

This business made me two headboards and I could not have been more pleased. I wish I could tell the whole south and north Carolina area and show a picture of the excellent work they did for me. As long as their in business, I'll only use Don Green upholstery. The lady that answers the phone, ( Betty) could not been more helpful. So accommodating and such a sweet person to talk with. Never had attitude or showed any frustration. Betty is definitely an asset to this business. Also the price was fair and they made sure I didn't have to wait weeks to get it to me. I'll give this business an excellent rating.

We have a 20+ year old Hancock Moore leather sofa and chair that are in excellent shape but the sofa had lost its "oomph" and the tilt-back chair mechanism had worn out so the chair back would not stay up. Mrs. Green and her staff did a terrific job of giving these pieces a new lease on life. I thought the sofa's springs needed retying but it turns out it only needed new cushions. They replaced the tilt-back mechanism so the chair is like new again. Her delivery staff are very polite and professional men who were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Don Green Upholstery.
