I visit this cvs frequently during my lunch hour and always have a great experience. Everyone is always very professional and helpful. Mahayla was especially wonderful.

This morning at 8:30 I had a “non Covid” Heath concern for my Husband. I spoke with the Pharmacist. She listened to the problems and ask me several appropriate questions, that I had not considered. Then the Pharmacist recommended 2 over the counter medication. I really appreciated her concern and the medication has already been effective.

But for several years, I've been coming here for prescriptions and only today learned that the pharmacy closes daily for lunch. When I asked if that was posted anywhere, I was shown the posting with fine print indicating the lunch closure. And as you can see, one posting says nothing about closing for lunch.

The Worst Pharmacy In The UpstateI’m not sure why companies work with CVS pharmacy. The pharmacy is never in stock of certain supplies but that’s not the problem. Customer Service in the pharmacy is atrocious! I called June19,2023 the woman was rude. When you call to ask a question, having problems with insurance-they don’t call the insurance line to see what the problem is you have to figure out, pick up at the window their rude for no reason and it’s weird. Why work in healthcare somewhere where you act like you hate dealing with people?! I recommend Publix, Walmart, SAMS anywhere but this CVS!

Thank you to the sweet tech & the pharmacist (whose name I did not catch) that took the time out of her busy night to answer my questions regarding a new medication I’m taking and the side effects it’s caused. She had thoughtful recommendations, gave great advice, and was so compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you again, your work doesn’t go unnoticed. You’re appreciated.

The pharmacist was incredibly rude when I asked to scan a coupon. When I tried to explain that I had just lost a child, she did not acknowledge it, but continued being rude. We will be changing pharmacies.

Pharmacy staff is very rude! It’s like a inconvenience for them to answer questions. How about don’t be in customer service if you can’t be nice! Geezzz
