Update: Spoke to insurance and they confirmed this issue was entirely CVS' fault and had to an override just to let Walgreens be able to fill the transferred prescription normally.
Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens across the street.
I refilled a prescription, quantity of 30, picked it up and paid my usual copay. I called for an explanation and was told they could fill the other 12 for another copay. They could not tell me why it was only filled for 18, that someone should have explained and that I am "welcome to count my prescriptions moving forward". Inexcusably poor customer service - she couldn't even manage a "we are sorry", just that they couldn't do anything about it now.
Update: got even worse when went to ask in person. Elizabeth it's the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered and refused to speak with me at the consultation window, instead shouting my prescription information out for the whole pharmacy to hear, as she had done with the customer before me.

Only about 2 employees at this location care whether you stop here or not. Pharmacy let's you run out of Medicine.
Management in store doesn't care, they are too concerned with they're personal appearance tattoos, piercings and hair colors.

The pharmacy techs are the worst .. They are unprofessional and SmartaAs! They are RUDE! I called today to ask if they had my meds in stock and she said “we distribute the drug NOT make it” so I can’t tell you”

The customer service representative, Jennifer, and her coworker showed compassion, patience, and empathy to my adult son who was having challenges in getting his medications…

Hit the consultation window to ask a couple questions about Neti Pot vs other sinus cleansing systems as I have been sick for months now with allergies and am finally ready to try anything to breath through my nose again. Overheard as I stood and waited, “If you can’t use your brain as a customer to see this is a busy pharmacy, I don’t know what to tell you.” Someone was loudly telling the 5-6 staff a story about an earlier interaction with a customer. When the pharmacist approached me at the consultation window and asked what I needed it caught me off guard and I said , “Oh wow, you are the voice I just heard complaining about customers not using their brains right?”
She said, “Yes. Do you have a question?”
I said, “Well, I was going to ask for your recommendation on Netie pot versus other methods…” And she CUT ME OFF and said, “Well what is your issue with me saying we are a busy pharmacy?”
I said, “I am just surprised at HOW you worded it given the staff around you, customers can hear, and you are setting an example as the pharmacist. I’ve been in healthcare for years and I get a bad day but I am jusy surprised at your attitude all the way around.”
To which (Hand to God) she said, “You are probably one of those nurses who calls up here all the time complaining and I’m sure you don’t want my recommendation now.” And she literally turned and walked away. As she left I said, “You are right, I don’t.”
Multiple staff overheard and saw the interaction and I would be thrilled if cameras caught it.
Elizabeth was on her name tag, no last name.
It was beyond unprofessional and rude and…shocking. Listen, working with the public is tough but at least TRY to be professional.

I wish there was a zero star option as they do not even deserve one. This pharmacy refuses to comply with Federal Law where a controlled substance CAN be transferred to another pharmacy if they do not have the prescription in stock. (This info was told to me by a doctor) This medication is for someone with a rare severe type of focal epilepsy and they refused to send elsewhere claiming it was against the law and they won’t do it. They need to get educated. The pharmacist told me that “I should’ve kept a better count of what was left and if I didn’t like her response then I could go find the damn stuff myself.” Needless to say they got reported for this. I’m sure nothing will come of it and they’ll continue their shady practices and hateful attitudes.

Every pharmacy tech I’ve encountered at this location has been very nice to me. Can’t say the same for the pharmacist. She’s the definition of a c u next Tuesday. Anyhow, I picked up my depression meds and mood stabilizers (of all things) recently, and she had to speak with me before I could be given my meds. She looks at me with cold dead eyes and the facial expression of a dumpster and says “are YOU (my name)?”; yeah obviously you’ve already matched me with my ID…I could go on but for the sake of time conservation I’ll just say she has the personality of an arrogant and rotten can of shrimp.

This review is solely for the pharmacy. I’ve used this pharmacy only once prior with the same treatment. I go to pick up my medicine straight from urgent care (I confirmed through MyChart the medicine was sent and verified the location. The pharmacist proceeds to tell me they don’t have my prescription - that it “clearly wasn’t sent” and to call my doctor to handle it. Every single pharmacist was in a rush to start closing for lunch, and I even received an eye roll when I asked if the pharmacist could double check to see if the prescription was there and what my options were following that it wasn’t. The main pharmacist I spoke with made it clear I was an inconvenience at every turn and the others chimed in that they need to close for lunch so I need to figure it out.Called my doctor during all this, confirmed the pharmacy DID receive the prescriptions but when shared with the pharmacist they said it’s not true and it’s lunch and shut the garage door thing they have - all the while complaining about “all the customers today have been something else.”I don’t expect anyone to bend over backwards for me and I understand they’re hungry, but a little kindness and decency goes a long way. I will never again go here nor recommend anyone deal with their pharmacist’s.

No idea how these pharmacy employees still have jobs with CVS. The pharmacist must vouche for them since she is the epitome of hateful. My most recent experience was a prescription called in by my doctor, she calls me to tell me they don't have it and don't know when they will. I asked if there were any other CVS or local pharmacies with it. She says she doesn't know but I could call around and if I find it to have them call her to transfer the prescription because "I'm too busy to deal with this". Luckily I was still in the doctor's office and they changed the prescription immediately. Then when I arrived at the window and told her my name, she tells me to pull around and not "block her window " until she's done. I think not. There wasn't a sole in the line but me.Previous to this, same "pharmacist " couldn't seem to enter my prescription as the DOCTOR wrote it, which caused my insurance to deny it, and she continued to tell me I would have to pay for it (it's quite expensive) but I knew she was putting it in incorrectly and kept trying to explain. She wasn't hearing it because her ego won't allow her to be kind, friendly or wrong. Another pharmacist finally got it corrected. I HATE this pharmacy but unfortunately it's the one my insurance requires ....0 out of 10, do not recommend

Employees are lazy and rude. I had a UPS Drop off and they told me to go elsewhere. I have not had this issue at other CVS stores.

Do not use this pharmacy. They never have the medicine that I use on a regular basis in stock and I have to go without until they order it and it comes in. Could be a couple of days, could be a week or more. The staff always treats you as if you are bothering them and are very rude. They do not followup with anything and have no business dealing with medicine and people's well being.

Don’t use this pharmacy if you need life saving medication!!! My doctor called in medicine I needed for pneumonia, they neither called my doctors office back or me, to tell us they didn’t have it in stock. They waited until I came in, my doctors office was then closed for a 3 day weekend holiday. I WILL NEVER USE CVS PHARMACY AGAIN!
