I have been a customer at CVS for many years. I have been unhappy with the pharmacy for awhile now due to them always having to order my medicine so I have to do without it for several days. I take this medicine every month, but they still have to order it and I have to do without it until it comes in. Today when I went to the pharmacy to pickup my prescription I was prepared to give them a savings card for a very expensive medicine that I had to pay $480 for last month. Tymika told me that there was already one on file, and I asked her how it got there because I had to pay A LOT of money last month for it and her response was \"That I couldn't tell you.\" It was obvious she did not care and was not interested in helping me. That is very disappointing. That was a lot of money that we really did not have last month, but Tymika your Pharmacy employee showed absolutely no empathy. This was the final time I left CVS Pharmacy upset. I will be transferring all my medicine elsewhere and telling everyone I know how CVS Pharmacy treats their customers like numbers at the meat counter.

Krish is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Even with a long line of cars at 8pm, he is still energetic and friendly. Love my local CVS.

First visit to pick up my prescriptions and they had not run through my insurance company. It was going to be a 10-15 min wait so I had to return the next day. Next day to pick up my prescriptions and they could only find 1 of 3 that had been filled. The drive thru girl was really rude when I asked her about it. Really rude. Her name was Shuqunia. I will have to return again tomorrow to try for another pick up.That's twice I've waited in the drive thru line at least 15 minutes and still didn't get my medicications. Very disappointed in this CVS.

This pharmacy is understaffed and way too busy to even greet you or even acknowledge your presence if you try to pick up your meds between 11 and 1. We waited over 5 minutes for anybody to come to the counter, but none of the 4 people we could see would even look in our direction. Terrible customer service. Good thing that these meds were not urgent...Better switch pharmacies!

I called for a prescription refill and said there was no more refills left, WRONG, ( My records AND the Dr records showed 5 more) I was told sorry nothing they could do. By the way it was the weekend at the time. I pleaded with them because it was a breathing medication and without it she can't survive, SORRY!!!! I called another pharmacy, guess what ? No problem we can give you an emergency refill and speak with the Dr on call to get it worked out.Thats the pharmacy for me.

Just there to simply pick up a prescription and I get talked too like a child by the lady behind the counter before even anything more than my name. Completely unacceptable

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with...EVER!! They are so unprofessional and try to make you look like an idiot! They don't refill prescriptions on time and send you back through the drive thru for a coupon to wait another 30 minutes. It's gotten worse and worse with Powdersville's growing communities! You have 6 ppl working and get no service! Don't bother to call or you will be on hold forever! I'm definitely done with this place and moving my prescriptions to a more efficient place with better customer service!!!

Phones never work. I have ask for two prescriptions to be filled twice and they still haven't done it. Can't transfer to another pharmacy cause their phone never works. I tried calling the one near the hospital however the lady who answered the phone was mumbling eating and using slang. I said excuse me I can't understand you and she said I used English. Amazing.
