It is clean, the gate always works. The climate control keeps our items in good shape. However, the rent has gone up 40 dollars in 2 years. We had moved our stuff here for the lower rate, and now it is more than our original unit.

I hate this place. The price has gone up twice since I’ve rented with them, they’ve increased the insurance and it got broken into about a year ago. Things were stolen from my unit and I calling multiple times to report it and was unable to get a response. After several voicemails the police called me to let me know the storage unit didn’t have any cameras or anything to provide me any footage to assist in resolving the case. I can’t wait to pack up and leave this place behind.

I love my MOD BOX spot for my motorhome, but wouldn't hesitate for a moment to rent a space in their beautifully maintained interior spaces, temp controlled. What could be better!

Manager of this location was very professional while also easy going and nice to talk to. He was able to answer all of our questions and show us around to different units. The location is very clean and felt secure and safe to access. The availability of hours to access the unit are a huge plus as a re-seller as sometimes things need to be grabbed outside of "normal business hours." Overall a great storage location and highly recommended.
