“I read a lot of the bad reviews from a year+ ago. Not the case for me. Friendly faces. In and out quickly. The current vibe is good here!Truist itself doesn't seem like it has so many rules with checking accounts like other big banks do. Opening a credit card waives a lot of them, and you don't have to use it.”

“Absolutely loved the experience I had with this bank! I recently helped my dad set up how new bank account after moving and the staff here made our visit so pleasant. We were Instantly greeted by the teller who directed us to a service representative. The service rep was so friendly, answered all of the questions my father had for her, and made sure she covered all bases as far as what they have to offer. Once we were all set we headed off back home to handle business! Few hours laters we needed to come back to get a letter from the bank with a letterhead and a signature and what would have usually taken hours to receive from another bank it only took us 2 minutes, if that! They are very attentive at this bank and truly go above and beyond for their members! Nothing but great things to say!”
