i had a trailer rim with a rusted bead. the serviceman took a grinder and polished the bead so the tire wouldn't go flat. i am the only one who ever did that on my customers tires. five stars is insufficient for their consistent service for these years I've used them. those men in the shop work hard and always have a smilthey pulled her car out of the bay and the transmisdion shifter cable fell off.i wasnt present. they put their heads together and found the problem, attempted a fix and instructed her how to get it home in one piece. tgat in itself would have made me elated. they went over and beyond that by ordering the part. they will assemble it when it arrives. these people are worth their weight in gold!!!! id drive 100 miles to. get their service.”

We carried out diagnostics and did everything we could.
I don't speak English very well (this is my problem) but this did not prevent communication with employees.
I received a small promotional keychain with the keys.
Someone will say that this is a trifle, but I am very pleased. :)

“I had a good experience when I visited what is now Tuckers Tire. A young and talented young man named Dakota - he was just a short little fellow, but he sure knew how to diagnose and repair. I haven’t had any trouble with my vehicle since. Next time I visit, I will specifically ask for him! We had a pleasant conversation as well—such a polite young man. You won’t find a lot of mechanics that won’t tell you the non-truth or try and price gouge you! Dakota was excellent, and I hope he sticks around. It will ask you for the truck, box and license number. Or identification. You enter and you will see racks, there you get stuck and as soon as possible they unload you and the same truck driver signs you. ?”
