Usually stocked with orders. Staff seems unfriendly. More of a bother to the manager who is always on the phone and like a robot some employees argue with customers and are extremely rude. There are a few good workers who interact with customers like the owners wife during the day and Broderick in the evening as well as Kim and a man that works over night. Gas pumps shut down once paid if not started within 3 minutes and that is an ongoing problem with this convient store

Even though there was a line at the register, the associate was speedy and got everyone through very fast.

No complaints. Place was clean when we arrived and the worker was really nice and helpful. We got what we came here for and left with no problems

This is the first 7-Eleven I have been in that doesn’t take online cigarette coupons for Newports and it’s a inconvenience bc once u click the store u can’t use it any where else and the store comes up saying they take it

The guy that worked the night shift on June 18th 11pm was a complete A(hole towards me!! I asked him why they didn’t cooked food 24/7 like the other 7 elevens and he said “because we’re not them” and he went on about how their franchise and they clean their stoves at night and the others probably don’t because they’re 24/7.Then my pump wasn’t acting right for me the first I tried so I went in to tell him about it he swear I was wrong and that it was working but no there’s a problem with pump !!! I been going to that store for a long time and never had this experience it just makes me not wanna spend my money there!!! He always been rude but tonight it’s above rude!!!

Worst store ever!! Store always closed for some reason! Then you have 3rd shift clerk drives red truck always rude & sits behind the counter w the door locked flicking off customers trying to come in!

Handwritten sign on the door says "temporary closed while we make biscuits & eggs. Reopen in 20minutes" I have sat here for 40minutes watching while the clerk walks around the store trying to pretend to look like she is doing something.......yet seems to be to me that she is making her point to me that she has no intention of reopening the store. Or if to be saying she doesn't have to open no matter how long I wait, as u see she has been mopping, rearranging the sunglasses, rearranging the toy cars on display....wasting time, riding the clock

I like it I've mainly been at night, typically nice employees. Personally I'm not one that's scared of covid, so I really couldn't tell you if they disinfect in-between customers personally for a fairly busy store at night, I could care less. I know there's some that will not like this review but hey can't please them all!

one of the counter workers is very rude. he sold me the wrong cigarettes. he put them in a bag and when I got all the way home they were wrong. I went back to get the correct ones. the guy would not Exchange them. he said he would call the police on me if i did not leave.. it was clearly his fault.this is not the first time for rudeness,others are like that too.i have written 711 corporate office.

While on lunch break I stepped into the establishment to purchase gas, cigars, and a phone charger. The cashier who was busy at the time let me know that the chargers were near the door. There was a gentleman beside her who was busy texting on the phone. After waiting at the chargers for a while and not receiving assistance I returned to my vehicle to pump gas. The gentleman who was previously busy texting approached my car and asked if I had taken a charger. I let him know that due to needing a key to remove the charger I did not,hut would be happy to purchase one since he now had time to assist me. I returned inside with the associate to purchase a charger. I asked the associate to get the key. He then began to rip the packaging instead. I bought the charger and didn't receive an apology. You can not racially profile someone, and not apologize. I will be contacting corporate, as well as speak with the general manager concerning this.

Went there with my Mom and siblings to get a slushy and snacks and the cashier gave us the slushies for free! Nice people and the place is clean.
