This Y has a definite family feel. The staff cares about you even after you leave. If you don't show up for a while they check up on you to make sure you are OK. They make you feel like you are not on your health journey alone.

Love coming to this place!! The staff is what really makes this place..from after school team to front desk and beyond.

It is a great gym with wonderful staff. I love the group fitness classes. My only complaint is I wish they had automatic door openers on the restroom doors . It is very difficult to get into the restrooms with a walker.
