Dryers don't work all that good and it always smells funny. Clothes even smell sometimes coming out of their dryer. Will definitely be finding another one to go.

Two weeks ago I noticed cockroaches in their facility. I notified them via phone and they texted me they would take care of the problem immediately. I returned a few days ago and noticed more roaches in the facility. I quickly left because I don't wish to take roaches home with my laundry. Owners failed to comply and obviously don't care if people are taking roaches home with them. Shame on them and hope the City of Pickens corrects this.

This laundry mat is exceptionally clean with nice, well cared for machines. There are several cameras as well for safety. I accidentally left my clothes overnight. I called the owners the next day. Not only did they send someone to check on my clothes, but they also restarted the dryer so my clothes where warm and wrinkle free when I got there. I'm am without a doubt a loyal customer.

The ac needs to be on more it stays to hot inside the building its clean people need to be cleaner act like it's your bathroom the lady that cleans does a really great job reasonably priced

Owner could at least try and clear the ice and snow from front door and parking spots. Get out of car trying to carry laundry in and slipping and sliding. Ugh

I have actually not visited here yet I actually look for directions for it as a heating element in my dryer has died and I just have no extra money whatsoever fix it and if it is as expensive as I think it's going to be I'd be better off to buy used dryer. Isn't that the way it always is though when you have the least is when things break down. So I'll put in an update when I do a load of clothes and have to go dry them there. ?

Every once in a while... A dryer or washer may have a problem. I think the laundry mat should provide a pad of paper, pen and tape so we the users of the facility can leave a note on something that doesn't work to warm others as to not lose the quarters in these machines.

My washer started leaking, so I did my laundry here today. It was clean, felt safe, had video surveillance and had ample large capacity machines available.

If you need clothes washed this is a very clean and nice place to do it. It costed more than I was expecting but then again I haven't been to a Laundry mat since the 1980s.I do know they had plenty of Washers and driers of different sizes and the Driers get extreamly hot so no need to dry them but once. The place does have Ac which is nice so you don't burn up waiting on your clothes to get done. They do have vending machines for drinks and snacks they do have restrooms and they do have a machine that converts $5-$10-$20 into quarters and they do have a machine that dispenses washing detergent or fabric softener. They do have chairs to set in and they do have booths to set in like in a Dinner they do have security cameras and they are monitored 24hrs. The place isn't overly busy anytime I went I always had washers and dryers that was ready to be used. The parking was also good. Every time I went there I parked right in front of the door. For a Laundry mat it was exactly what to expect.

I called for a quote on a storage unit and Dana didn't have anything available, but promised to call me back if anything came open. She kept her promise and called with an available unit, but I had already rented somewhere else. Dana was very kind and polite, and I'm giving 5 stars for customer service. I'd definitely recommend them for a quote, and I'll keep them in mind in the future, also. :-)
