Don't ever purchase a heat pump from these people. Nothing but trouble for the last two years. Charged me over $500.00 to have a part replaced that was under warranty. The lady on the phone told me that these charges were for the cost of picking up the part and taxes. $90 for the drive to pick up the part. Complete rip off.

Warning: DANGEROUS INSTALLERInstalled my replacement heating and air system incorrectly causing carbon monoxide to build up in my home. Didn’t care when it was reported. Sent the same clown back out who couldn’t figure out his mistake for three days.Then, literally the day before the bill arrived in the mail, they sent him and three more guys to the house demanding full payment from my wife while I was at work, “or we can rip out your new heater right now.” So, she gave him the check I’d written on install day that he didn’t collect at the time of service.On the install day I’d called to clarify the price because there was some ambiguity with the invoice. After the brutes came to collect, the office help started calling claiming I owed another $600.The price was surprisingly low to get the system installed, but since it neither heats nor cools the entire floor of my home I’d wanted conditioned, maybe that’s why too. It’s been hot in my house all summer with my new system sold to me by Lindsay Heating and Air.Services: Heating system installation

Technician Brad came out promptly on a Friday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem with our cooling until and offered some options. Didn’t try to oversell. Fixed the problem quickly and was courteous. Our downstairs A/C suddenly stopped working. If you've tried to find an available HVAC repairman in June, you know how hard it can be. I called at 7:30am and was pleasantly surprised that they had an answering service, not just an answering machine. I spoke with a scheduler when they opened at 8 - from the onset they were professional and kind. Jordan got us on the schedule for the same morning and, within an hour, Brad was on his way to our house. He was professional, thorough, and personable. We were back up and running quickly! I called numerous places before I reached out to recommendations from friends and got the number to Lindsay's from a church friend. I was absolutely impressed and highly recommend them!

Chris and crew did a fantastic job with installation and explained how everything worked. They were very professional, performed proficiently, and there is no doubt that I would call upon them again for any HVAC issues in the future.

Our AC went out during the night of July 3, so we woke to 80 degrees inside the house on July 4th. They came right out when we called, and were so friendly & helpful. I felt so bad taking him away from family on a holiday, but he was so kind & said it was no bother. I highly recommend the quality of work & the value, plus they are really nice folks!

I very pleased to write a 5 star review for Lindsay Heating & Air. They are very professional, honest and personable. I had another company give me a quote on replacing my old hvac unit, because of the cost I decided not replace it. The same day I received a postcard ad for Lindsay HVAC and decided to get them to give me a quote. They quoted the very same unit, replacing the duct, (not repairing as the other company quoted) and installing for less than half of the other quote. I hired them! When they came to install the new unit and checked the duct system they informed me that after getting it all straightened out, they would not have to replace all the duct work, but would replace what was necessary. I was told that would save me some money. I figured a few dollars, that was great. When the job was completed and I was settling my bill, it had been reduced by $1,500 dollars! They did not have to tell me, much less reduce the bill. I would have never known. I am so thankful that I finally met someone in the service industry that is honest, fair and professional. I would highly recommend Lindsay Heating & Air for your HVAC services.
