I upgraded my star count to 4 because the owner called me and was most kind, apologizing because I was not happy and offering to try and make things right. She was MOST friendly. She also explained that there ARE dimensions, but that you have to look for them in the description. (They should be much closer to the actual photos and prices - that would help the consumer order more accurately.) She also mentioned that since Covid, many local suppliers are no longer in business, which means she has to order from farther away, thus increasing her costs. And a third note, the owner doesn't charge a delivery fee for local service, but her web provider tacks on a $10 first-time order fee, so it looks like she is charging for delivery, but that is not the case. Again, the flowers themselves were beautiful - but I would recommend you read the descriptions carefully and not just look at the photos. Also, call the owner if you have questions - she's very personable.”
