I have to agree with Ann (most recent review). I ordered flowers last Friday and they were never delivered. I’ve called 3-4 times a day for 5 days with no response. We have disputed the charge on our credit card but they should have a message explaining what’s going on if they’re unable to take care of orders placed.

My son ordered flowers for me to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Now it is the day after Christmas, and still no flowers. How can someone do that to someone's child! He did file a claim with credit card company and he was given credit. Very low budget operation!

To say I am disappointed is a total understatement. I pre-ordered a bouquet of flowers on Saturday for a friend who was having outpatient surgery on Monday. Requested end of day delivery, was assured of delivery and paid over the phone. Today is Wednesday, the flowers still have NOT been delivered, my debit card has been charged, no phone calls from the florist (who assured me on Tuesday morning that they would be delivered that day), and the phone number has a voice mailbox that is consistently full. I understand there has been a death in the family and am truly trying to be understanding, but this is not the way to handle a first- and last-time client.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, they were delivered very late, the roses were falling apart when the guy handed them to me. My wife called and spoke with Cynthia’s husband who offered to deliver an arrangement the next day with fresh flowers. THEY LIED! They still have NEVER shown up with replacements. I paid a premium for sub par flowers but what what really makes me mad is the fact that they offered to fix it, then didn’t follow thru. They Lie and will never get a penny from me again!

Ordered from the website and instructions were not followed for the delivery. Also delivery was very late, to the point that it was basically pointless. Flowers were nice but I am sure it was not as described on their website by comparison.

If I could leave a zero star I would! Please ppl don't waste your money with this woman! My boyfriend ordered a dozen roses on Wednesday to be delivered to my work today. Over $100.00, I got flowers alright, they are wilted & not even roses. So after chasing her "ppl " all day I'm sitting here at home at 4:00 waiting on my flowers. WE WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN AND URGE U TO USE SOMEONE ELSE.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Ordered flowers on Sunday for Monday delivery, knowing it might be an issue. When I called I was told the ord Der would be delivered and when I checked again around 5pm I was told they were "out for delivery" as of 11:30 today still not delivered and no phone call no follow up. On top of poor service they have the gall to add a $9.95 Covid Surcharge. Go someplace else. Their service sucks. I understand deliveries issues, but I don't understand or tolerate bad service. On top of that the total cost swaps $175. That's mighty steep for some lilies!

I ordered a $90 flower arrangement on Wednesday to be delivered (on Thursday) for a sick friend. I called late Thursday afternoon to make sure they were delivered. I was told they'd be delivered within 5 minutes. I received a call and said their truck broke down and wouldn't be able to deliver until Friday. So Friday I see a Facebook post (from my sick) friend asking who the flowers were from & that they were delivered the night before and the card was lost. The delivery person told her he'd call her back with who the flowers were from, she didn't receive a call. $90 is a lot of money during these times.

I ordered flowers on-line specifying that they needed to be delivered on that day, Jan. 2, 2021. There was no indication on-line that this florist was closed. After I paid, the confirmation said they would be delivered on the 6th. I tried to call and found out that they were closed until Jan. 8th. I immediately responded to my e-mail confirmation to cancel this order and ordered flowers from a different florist who could make the delivery. I e-mailed another cancelation request on June 5th and received a response from Cynthia that she would 'take care of it'. To my total consternation I received an e-mail on the 6th that they were preparing my order and were going to deliver it. As soon as I read the e-mail I sent the 3rd request to STOP, not deliver the order and refund my money. They delivered the order anyway and refused to refund my money. Seems like a bunch of scammers to me.

I placed an order on-line for my Aunt's 90th birthday. I requested delivery that day. When the confirmation of the order came up it had a delivery date 5 days later. I tried to call but couldn't leave a message and their recording stated that they were closed until January 8th (almost a week later). I sent 3 requests to cancel this order in response to their e-mail. I requested delivery on 1/2/21. They couldn't deliver until the 6th. I requested cancelation within 7 minutes of receiving the confirmation e-mail which stated this. Then I ordered flowers from a different florist who could do the order that day. No problem, I thought, I sent 2 more requests to cancel and even received an e-mail saying they would "take care of it" on the 5th of January. On the 6th they delivered the flowers and now I can't get my money back. I don't know what the quality of the flowers were since I live in another state.... Read More

I do not recommend this florist. How interesting that Lori B. had the same experience as I did. I also ordered flowers online on Monday December 21st because of the great selection of Christmas arrangements. When I spoke with the recipient on the afternoon of December 24th - well before 5PM - I was advised they hadn't received a delivery. I immediately called Cynthia's and was met with a recording indicating closed until January 8th, 2021. After Christmas, I received an email - most likely autogenerated from lovely.com - dated 12/31/2020 indicating the flowers were delivered! SERIOUSLY??!! I contacted the recipient again - no they looked everywhere - NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. Today, January 2, 2021, I received an email inviting me to rate the delivery and were my recipients happy - suffice to say - I provided feedback and wish I could have done ZERO stars - but had to leave it at one star. Next I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Likewise as Lori B. stated - nowhere on the website was it stated about an end of year closing until after the New Year. I left a message for the owner and have not heard back.

Very disappointed! Placed order on their website, but what I got wasn’t close to what was advertised. From the vase to the flowers. Then to top it off they didn’t deliver them as instructed. Was supposed to be delivered to a business. Instead they called her after hours to meet at a gas station to deliver them! Instead of it being something special it was like meeting a delivery company for a ordered package. Wish I could post pictures of what I got and what they advertise you’ll get, but it want let me.

I ordered flowers online 12/21/20 for delivery on 12/23/20. No where on the website or FB did it say they were closed. Today 12/24/20 still no flowers so I called and the voice mail says they are closed until 1/8/21 but my card was charged! I messaged her and she asked how she could help but when I explained she did not reply at all.

Ordered flowers for delivery on my anniversary. Not delivered despite emailed receipt saying they would be. Received an email 2 days later saying they were working on my order. I did call and they did refund me but very disappointed with the experience. They offered 50% off my next order.
