Longest wait time at a pharmacy I've ever been to just to get my medicine.And this didn't just happen once,this has happened about every time I've been there.I wish I could change the pharmacy but alas I'm stuck with CVS and they're weak 2 star rating on Google Maps.

The worst I ever seen in a pharmacy. First time I went in to get my prescription, they said it wasn’t on file. Then I called the next day to see if they had it. They said yes. I said go ahead fill it. So I went in the evening. They said there’s nothing on fall. Well, I know it was sent in. So she ran around crazy. Finally found it. But then she said it wasn’t filled. I didn’t leave a note to fill. I know I did. Then she came up they didn’t even have my meds there. I have to wait till they can get from there warehouse. Well it is insulin’s went is needed now. They should have told me in the beginning. Insulin is life and death, if you don’t get it. They were very rude. Very and confident and then you know how to use the computers with no intelligence there. Well I called the Easley pharmacy. They send they have it there. So try to get it transferred to them. But he said it was blocked, we’re he couldn’t get it. Sadly your pharmacies don’t care and they don’t care about the money they lose each time I’m not having us going to them. Now I can’t even get my insulin. I had to go Walmart, to get the brand I use to. I wish , I would have stayed with them. Because now I can’t get that insulins. Poor service.. I will let others know, not to go there. On Facebook.

You can’t call in to check on your prescription because it just hangs up and won’t let you speak to anyone. This has been going on for a while now. Please fix the problem. Thank you

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to if it all possible go to Walmart or Ingles because this place is a rude obnoxious slow lazy joke I wish I could give it less than one star But I can’t you would think a small town pharmacy would be a bit more In touch with the people and the thing about it is if you look at the reviews everybody hates this place so why don’t the owners of CVS do something about it are use Walmart and my wife uses Ingles and I can tell you these 2 Places Are Way way more friendly and competent and I cannot speak for the rest of the CVS pharmacies I would hope that they’re not this bad but they need to fire everybody in the store and start over I waited in line for about 30 to 45 minutes only to get to the window and then pull the shade down in my face and not even open the window and tell me that they were I’m going to lunch and I understand that people have to take their lunch breaks and that’s fine but just a rude and thoughtfulness of it is a sickening but people can do whatever they want if they like this pharmacy more power to him I hope they get better service than me I personally would love to see this place shut down And never re-open

This pharmacy is so awful. It’s always a ridiculous wait and everyone other than one staff member that works the drive through is incredibly rude. Will get texts and calls that my rx is ready only to get there and be told it’s not. No matter how friendly you are with the staff, they are never happy and treat you like they are angry you are even there. SO glad I was able to switch all of my prescriptions recently.

I went inside looking around to do some shopping. Immediately I was asked if I needed any help. At the time I did not need help I was just browsing. So I told the kind woman who asked if I needed help that I was good for right now. As I was browsing I remembered I was looking for a certain item that I believe you can only acquire at CVS. I calmly made my way back over to the kind woman who asked if I needed any help. This time I told her I was looking for this certain item. She then proceeded to tell me what aisle it was on and which side of the aisle. After I looked where she had told me unfortunately I could not find it. So I went back to the kind lady and explain to her that I could not find it even with her excellent directions. I asked if she could please escort me to the item. Without hesitation she escorted me to the Isle and she showed me what I was looking for. I then proceeded to check out where the this kind lady rang me up and I paid her with cash. She did however give me the exact amount of change back.

I ended up in the hospital due the lack of availability and concern of this pharmacy. I am breastfeeding and had a knot I couldn't get rid of. My doc prescribed me an antibiotic to stop it from becoming infected. They took almost 2 weeks to fill it, and even then it was just a partial refill. They didn't offer to check around at other locations, told me that I needed to call around and check. I ended up finding the antibiotics I needed directly across the road at Walgreens. Not before I had a full on infection and that antibiotic was no longer strong enough. I ended up in the hospital with a ruptured absess and had to have surgery. I felt so neglected, this was a truly horrible experience to go through

We used this pharmacy for over five years. Often frustrated by long lines and crazy wait times to pick up prescriptions, but honestly just too lazy to switch our prescriptions. Recently forced to switch since CVS switched their vendor for one of the medications my husband uses. All generics are not created equal and the new medication did not work for him at all. CVS did not notify us that they were switching his medication and would not refund us nor order the other generic that he had been on for a decade. We switched all of our prescriptions to the Corner Drug Store in Pickens and could not be happier. No more long lines. No more automated messages. No more mile long receipts. Just friendly family owned service. Do yourself a favor and switch too

Looking forward to a better experience here. I waited in line to pick up some medication for over 39 minutes. I typically get it from Veteran's Affairs so I am not familiar with the process and times.Finally it was my turn at the window. The lady that came to the window was unprofessional and treated me as an inconvenience. Her attitude was quite rude and I would much rather deal with the VA. I'll go inside next time and check out how other employees treat customers. If it is a better experience, I'll update my review. However, to the lady in the pharmacy that was inconvenienced by MY 30 minute wait in line, without customers, your job would be obsolete there. Put a smile on your face and do the job, if you can't be kind to customers, then maybe you should find a job where you don't have to interact with people.

Let me be clear to be as fair as possible... I don't know if this was deliberate on their part or not ..BUT ..On November 1, 2021 ...this pharmacy shorted me 4 pills of Klonopin. I SHOULD have gone straight to the police. I didn't .. I procrastinated thinking that since I have 2 more refills I could just pay for the next fill ... no go. So here I go ...off Klonopin ..cold turkey for 2 nights.
