They are not at all professional they don't care about their costumers AT ALL I've waited 3 years for my stuff to be done but they didn't wanna do it, they haven't even ordered any of the materials to do my order. They also complain about costumers calling and asking about their stuff taking so long.

First time customer here. I COULDNT BE MORE SATISFIED! Johnny was able to install my Katzkin Seat covers on my 2020 Ford Mustang! And let me tell you he absolutely crushed it! Very reasonable on installation cost & super honest people! Communication was great during the 2 day process. This 5 star rating was well deserved.Thank you Angie & Johnny!

Lots of great reviews encouraged me to try them but unfortunately my experience was nothing like the reviews. Brought them a Bimini top and boot to quote a repair or a remake. Well, the first red flag was that she wasn’t interested at all in a remake... just a repair. I took her recommendation and left it with them for a repair. Was supposed to replace a few zippers and patch three places on the Bimini top, replace the zipper and repipe the boot. This was a Tuesday morning and I asked price and timing. I was told 3 hours @ $50/hr and would be ready the next week. I was fine with that price and timeline. I try to be a patient and understanding person so it was week 3 before I called and asked about my Bimini top and boot. I was then informed that she forgot to order the zippers and hadn’t even started on it. This was again on a Tuesday and she said I she would get in touch with me later that week to pick it up. Well it was late Friday afternoon before she ever called and I was finally able to pick it up on Saturday morning. When I arrived, a huge cloud of cigarette smoke and empty beer cans is what we had to wade through to come inside. The entire time we were there, all they did was complain about customers calling and wanting their work done and complaining about timing. The zippers do not match, only two of the three patches were repaired, the boot’s piping was not replaced, and they charged me a $6 fee for using a card. The quality of the repair was not good and I will not be returning or encouraging anyone else to do business with them. These are the facts and you can make your own opinions on whether you would like to take your business to them or not. Not professional at all.
