If you're looking for a CrossFit-style, dynamic, "functional fitness" gym, you should already be expecting some roughness. This gym is no exception, it isn't a 24-Hr Fitness or Planet Fitness. It is clean, plenty of rig space, open floor, and equipment. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. I will be back.
