Where do I start? Millipedes everywhere in my townhome during the entire fall semester (they told me they couldn’t do anything about it until the pest control company did their 3 month spray, which did nothing), horrific ventilation system with 3 return vents in the entire house (if I closed my door at night my room would be 5-7 degrees warmer than outside my room), musty and moldy smells as well as a deteriorating interior and exterior. This place wasn’t a bad deal before the new management hiked up the rent 100+ dollars a month without changing or fixing any of the problems. I would never live here again. Most of the positive reviews on here are solicited for by the management company by giving monetary incentives to leave good reviews. They are all from around the same time when they ran the promotion, if you look at the time stamps. Not to mention that their example unit is in much better shape than the one you will live in. Your money is much better spent practically anywhere else.Edit: I almost forgot about the homeless people rummaging through your trash and testing your door knobs, that’s the best part!UPDATE: My townhome was also recently broken into and hundreds of dollars worth of stuff was stolen. The maintenance people left the door unlocked after they cleaned my roommates room and multiple other residents have shared that their doors were left unlocked as well.

The staff is so supportive and helpful. Any question or maintenance issue was resolved within 2-3 days. There are plenty of events and great chances to meet fellow residents. One of my favorite amenities is the pool house and hammocks just an absolute great way to unwind and relax.

Great value, great location, & great staff! The VATC staff are swift in completing maintenance requests, bring the community together with events and make residents feel safe with improved security/surveillance of VATC property.

I took a tour with Emmanuel and he was fantastic. He made sure to answer all of my questions in a polite and respectful way. I am definitely considering living here after this awesome experience!

I have lived at The Villages at Town Creek for about half a year, and I have very much enjoyed my time! It is in a really great location for going to Clemson University and surrounding by convenient businesses. The staff are very nice and there are often community events that help me feel included. The townhome I live in is great and I plan to continue living here next year!

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now, and I honestly can’t find much to complain about. My roommates are pretty chill, the townhome is nice, and it’s in a convenient location relative to my job and to Tri-County Tech. The leasing office has always been incredibly polite and professional, and they’ve been more than willing to help me out when I’ve had difficulties paying rent. My only gripe is that some residents don’t clean up after their dogs, and I wish it was enforced more. Other than that, I highly recommend living here if you’re on a budget.

Although the price may seem great for everything you get. I lived here for a year had my car broken into along with my roommates, constant sketchy folks walking around and jiggling doors at night and all of the apartments have terrible ventilation. Spend the extra hundred bucks and go somewhere nicer and safer. Great price but terrible management and cops are out every week dealing with some issue.

There are so many places in Clemson with better rates and quality. Lots of homeless people rummaging around and the staff is sloppy at best.

Terrible living conditions. We’ve had mold growing in our apartment and the landlords will do nothing about it. Lots of homeless people and dumpster divers hang around the complex and within the community center. Charged us fee for things they didn’t even do, didn’t clean or fix up any of the rooms before moving in. Don’t live here, not worth your health and safety.

Helped maintenance here for a brief time and really like the atmosphere. The property manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Would come back here anytime.
