In just over 2 weeks we walked out with a fabulous custom-made ring – that fit both the design criteria and our budget. During the process Donna was our primary Sales contact, however we were fortunate enough to meet and work with the store’s owners (the Stitzmans), additional support staff, and the Ukrainian artisan who actually crafted our ring.
