I just spent an hour with Troy at the parts counter area. He did something for me that I've never could have dreamed anyone at a plumbing supply store would do. I had a brand new Moen mixing valve that was defective. He retrofitted a tool that repaired the valve and made it functional. Thanks Troy for going the extra mile and saving me a ton of time. I don't mind driving past many supply houses to come to this Gateway store. You guys are the BEST!.

Nice environment to shop, salesperson Ty was knowledgeable and personable and prices are better than any other company I have found for the same item. Had they offered Am Stand fixtures for a one stop shop they would have 5 stars.
