If I could I would not even give them a one-star. Had bought my partner two brand new tires for his trip to Fayetteville that weekend. Was getting them mounted on the Friday before this trip . He had gone to Goodall's before without much luck but this particular tires needed to be installed what they call over rim. Goodall said that they could do it. It ended up that they only could do one and could not Mount the second one for some odd reason they also could not reinstall the old ones. So they left his truck to work on others. He couldn't go to Fayetteville and he couldn't get his money back on the hotel that he had previously paid for the weekend. We now have to find another company that know how to install the second Tire then bring it back to goodalls to have it mounted so that he can get his truck off the lift.

Nice wheels and tires, about all I got to say for this place. Allgoods is definitely not the place it used to be back in the day! Took our work truck here for an alignment after 2.5 hrs and a few “techs” working on it. Still wasn’t right and a considerably high bill for the services provided!

Purchased tires and had them mounted and balanced. Super nice guys, great customer service and fast service. They go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you are looking far and listen to you.

I had some front end work done and I needed an alignment fast! I called everywhere in oconee. No one could do it for another 2-3 wks. I called Allgoods and they got me in that same day. I drove off the lot and noticed my traction light was on. I took back and they checked it and saw that my sway bar link was wrapped around my brake line and my inner tie rod was broken. So I went and got that fixed. I took it back to Allgoods this morning and they did my alignment again and didn’t charge me for it. I am so very appreciative for their help and their hard work! I am glad I was referred to them and I will be referring them to others and they will get my business from now on! They are absolutely amazing!!!

I highly recommend these guys for all your tire and wheel needs. Great customer service and professional. It's the only place I will buy tires and wheels from even though I live almost an hour away.

I drove 1.5 hours with no appointment to a shop that was decently busy. 30min later, I have 4 tires mounted and balanced and on my way. Good prices, everyone was friendly. I will be back.

It's definitely not the same place anymore. Last visit I bought 4 tires for $400 mounted and balanced and was out the door in 30 minutes with the only complaint being they didn't put valve stem caps back on. I didn't have a tool to fit my lug nuts so I bought one for $5 from them. This past trip I was quoted $140-150 a tire so I ordered my own off the internet for $72 each plus tax. When I took them to allgoods to get them installed I had to buy another lug nut tool because mine was once again gone. This time it was $20.. (a 400% increase in price) Also I had two leaking valve stems when I left..both of my new tires were leaking down. One valve stem actually didn't even have a rubber seal and the other was left loose. It almost felt like they were trying to sabotage my new tires because I didn't overpay and buy their tires. Not to mention when I went to get in my vehicle they had put one new tire on the front and the other new one on the back. The last issue I had was walking around the parking lot while waiting and having to pick up screws and bolts out of the parking lot in front of the shop. I'll be finding somewhere else to do my tires from now on. I mean I guess I should have expected slack work honestly considering the lil guy running around the car plopping his butt down on a tire to mount every wheel back on my car (without a torque wrench at that) nuff said.

I used to use Allgoods all the time. Never again. They break stuff when trying work on your vehicle then expect you to pay for it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place has really gone downhill. I was driving pass the business and my tire light was on and I needed it checked and a little air added. I pulled in just as the gentlemen with the red hoodie on his head was walking to the shop. I asked if he could please check the air in my tire and he said it couldn't be done until someone is there. I have done business with them previously but it won't happen again. You would have thought with a woman driving by herself he could have at least helped her out.

Allgoods put new tires on my car and messed up my tpms. So then I took it back to them to fix, and the 2nd time they said they fixed it but didn't. I had to pay an additional $80 to the Nissan dealership to fix what they caused. If the issue was that you couldn't fix it, just say that instead of pretending you fixed it. Not a good way to handle things.

Worst place ever!!! They claim they lost my car keys but somebody must have walked off with them!! They were RUDE about the situation yet they messed up, no assistance whatsoever. Don’t even waste your time with this poor excuse of an “auto service shop”
