“I was so excited when I realized there was a Home Goods store in Anderson. This isn't the largest one I have been in but they have so much stock. I ended up finding the perfect rug for my house at a great price. And I found a comforter set, as well as a beautiful wool blanket and pillows to pull the look together that I was seeking. They are getting in their Christmas decor and they have some beautiful stuff at prices I'm happy to pay. The manager helped me load my rug in my car and was super helpful. The cashier was also very friendly. I will be thrilled to add this to my list of stores I visit often.”
“I took my great neice shopping. I wanted to treat her to anything she wanted and her choices were all very nice plus, I bought myself some nice clothes and shoes too. Ross is a great store to shop”
“Susie, Kathy, and Allison went out of their way to locate a junior dress misplaced within the store. Kathy and Susie helped me at the register and were able to see my daughter’s size showing available somewhere in-store. Allison searched through whole store and found it placed in the women’s section by another customer. My daughter and I had a very rough 6.5 hours searching several stores for a perfect dress for her school trip and were very happy with the service at our local Kohls. These 3 lovely ladies went above and beyond and were able to put a smile on my daughter’s face (finally). Thank you!”
“I went in to purchase an item that I verified online was in stock at this exact store. When I arrived, I couldn’t find it. I asked for help and the lady who helped me had to call someone else on a radio who said they were out of stock. When I asked why online it says in stock, they had no answer.When I went to my car, I checked online again and it was in stock. So, I placed a pickup order and within 2 hours I had the exact item they told me was out of stock.I know when I asked for help that 2-3 employees were outside taking a break, so I guess they didn’t want to be bothered. Instead, I had to come back 2 hours later for them to do their job.EDIT:A week later, GM called me personally to apologize and assure that I had been able to find the item…really spoke volumes to me and I upgraded the stars for this”

“Very clean. We were just looking but were greeted 3 times as we walked around. The bathrooms are very clean. I would go with a nine out of a 10. I wanted to show my son all the shoes but they didn’t have that many shoes for boys. They focus mostly on women and teens shoes.”

“This is my GO TO DG nowhere else in the area treats me and my family so kindly. The staff and management have changed and since then the store is incredibly clean and well stocked unlike the DG closer to me. I always find what I need and if I need help an employee is quick to react. As a fellow manager I have to say astonishing improvement is being made to this location. Keep it up!”
