The drive thru for the pharmacy is horrendous. I always thought drive thru's are supposed to be for convenience but not at CVS. I have worked in a pharmacy before. We were always taught to pull a car or someone to the side if we had to troubleshoot or if the rx wasnt ready. Not hold the line up for more than 10 or 15 minutes making it inconvenient for everyone else. Keep things flowing. Absolutely hate the thought of a CVS pharmacy drive thru

This place is trash I promise it is I don’t have nothing but issues every time I come and don’t try to call omggggg someone will tell you one thing on the phone not to mention rush you off the phone when you finally get there it’s something different please give us a Walgreens cuz I’m so sick of this with Pendleton sc CVS im bout to start taking the drive just to get better service fyi they don’t even deserve one star tbh

I've been using the pharmacy for about a year and I've yet to have a straight forward transaction. Operations are painfully slow. Whether you're in the drive through or waiting inside, be prepared to waste an annoying amount of time. It's not unusual for me to wait 20 minutes in the drive through. Today's example: I called in a prescription on Friday and it was out of stock until Tuesday. I go to pick it up and sit in the drive through behind a car. After a few minutes, when that car in front of me pulls off (surprise, surprise: without their prescription) I pull up and the curtain has been pulled at the window. Closed for lunch. So me and the car waiting behind me were left to drive off and come back.

This CVS should be avoided, especially the pharmacy. The prices are much higher than the food store across the road. However, the biggest problem I had was getting cold medication from the pharmacy. I was given a package with extra drugs I did not want and did not ask for. To be fair, I did not check the box before I left the store as this has never happened in other pharmacies. They would not refund, exchange, or even admit they had made a mistake. If they are this sloppy with a cold medication, I would not trust them with my important prescriptions.

Justin the new manager at this store is absolutely amazing. I had a problem,he took control of, owned it, even though it wasn't his to own,and totally made the bad situation better. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!

Why the pharmacy not answering the phone? I understand if you're busy but I've been on hold for 10 minutes just to ask of my Dr. sent over my prescription or not . Answer the phone?What will suck is if I drive there and y'all don't have it 30 mins on the phone, no answer... ever15 mins waiting in consultation line...just to say you don't have it. You could've saved me a trip by answering the PHONE ! Do not recommend. Send your prescriptions elsewhere, they're too short staffed to give you decent service.

First off let me be clear since they don't give us this option. That one star symbolizes a NEGATIVE one. If at all possible avoid this place like the plague. In my humble opinion a staff who has their heads so far up their rear ends have no business being as rude and obnoxious to their customers as they always are. Lastly please check your medications before you leave. On numerous occasions they have either given me the wrong medication and even given me someone else's! So be very careful if you choose to take a chance on this so called pharmacy your life might truly depend on it.

If I could give it a negative star I would. The Pharmacy Department have the most rude and unfriendly bunch. I requested to have my scripts transferred from another CVS to this CVS and not all the scripts were transferred, even though I gave them all the information. Second, I got a prescription, that cost $50.00 not covered by the insurance, and unknowingly filled it and took it home. I returned it the very next day, just to get a major attitude rudeness from the young lady in the pharmacy. From the very beginning she was rude and just talked to me like i was her child. When did things change and now the customer is ALWAYS WRONG??!!! and it's NOT ok to speak to the customer in such a manner! You could not have possibly had a bad day, as I went in at 9:30ish AM! I have in error filled prescriptions in another state and have never had an issue returning it. The bag was still stapled in the same form they handed it to me. I will not be bringing my business here, I rather drive a little further to have my prescriptions filled than deal with such attitude! You should change your job if you are so miserable!! Thanks for refunding my money (This one time, as you said), and thanks for Nothing because you truly should not be at the counter dealing with people!
