This was our second time surprising one our kids with a new car. 5 yrs ago we used Clemson Blvd Mini Storage facility to store our sons high school graduation car and this time we used it for our daughters Sweet 16 Car.. Both times the customer service was impeccable. Very friendly and welcoming attitudes. We would highly recommend using them for any of your storage needs as they have many different size units!!

This is a great little storage place. While it is aging it is well maintained and spotless. Owner lives on premises and very secure. Very reasonable prices compared to other facilities. Very friendly staff.

The staff were friendly at first; but when I needed real help, they dropped the ball. I tried to change my unit size near the end of my lease, they never once picked up my calls or responded to my voicemails. I'm a student at Clemson so it's difficult to find time to drive out there (it's about 20 minutes away from Clemson's campus), I ended up being charged an extra month's rent in the larger unit that I no longer needed (I had been trying to reach them to move to a smaller unit) and a $10 late rent fee. After speaking to the owner, she waived the fee "just because she is nice." She insisted her "manager" (if you can call him that; he kept saying "I can't make any decisions" over and over again) was very responsible with the office phone and that they have phone records and I never called. I have phone records, too, and you definitely never returned any of my calls. The cherry on top is that my pull-out sofa had been in the BRAND NEW unit for 5 months and it was mildewy, rusted and damp. It's also worth mentioning that the manager had the owner on speakerphone and she thought I could no longer hear her; she said "That's why we don't like renting to Clemson students." Excuse me? Why do you have a storage unit facility in Clemson if you don't like renting to students? I won't be returning.

Onsite manager Charles Beebe was wonderfully accommodating, the facilities are conveniently located off I85 at Exit 19B. For an RV, the spaces have no overhead obstructions, etc. The monthly fees are reasonable.
