“Great customer service. I used this facility and noticed a dryer wasn't functioning properly. I filled out a request form, attached to the dryer in question, and was patient. Not only did the management team send me a refund, they sent more than I lost in the machine. I have used this facility before and prefer this location. Clean, plenty of machines to use, well maintained facility, however the restroom could use some attention more often. All-in-all, a good location for laundry service.”
“My car was filthy. When I say filthy, I mean 4000 miles and two months of driving dirty. I was sitting at a red light and noticed Papa Bear Car Wash at the corner so I turned in after the light and got their top wash for the best results and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Not only were there extremely minimal spots of dirtiness left on my car after the wash, which is typical in these types of operations, but my wheels look great and the tire shine looks just as good. The entire staff was attentive, smiling and very helpful they showed me the amenities and features available after the wash for me to detail. This is not just another car wash. This is THE car wash. Thank you Papa Bear for getting my baby back shiny again!”
“Update: The owner Neil is a very good business man. He is refunding 100% of the money paid to membership of my grandfather that was not supposed to be charged. I have been to the clemson and seneca branches and have had nothing but good experiences with them besides this misunderstanding. I highly recommend getting a monthly subscription. I have had one for 4 years now and will be restarting my memebership.
My grandfather was down for the winter of 2022 with me and had a fast pass. I canceled it the month after he left. May of 2023. They can see in thier system that April 11 2023 was last time he went through car wash. They have been charging him $25.99 a month even after i canceled it. When I went into to ask why it took 3 weeks for them to tell me they are refunding $90. I have 2 cars and canceled both of mine. Just one story but to me the owners should be refunding atleast half to an 84 yr old veteran who lives on a fixed income.”
“The car was itself has improved. Vacuums have worked great. For the most part the greeters are sufficient. Today the guy just wasn't happy about being there and it showed in every aspect from body language to facial expressions to the quality of effort he put into waiting on me. I required no extra attention. Our interaction consisted of him guiding me on to the track and spraying one side and the front of my car with prewash stuff.
Why only do the front sometimes and maybe a side for good measure? If you're going to retreat then do the entire vehicle.”

“Roy Robinson came highly recommended. Our car was absolutely filthy. We always have some of the grandkids with us and, of course, they eat and drink in the car and the car looked horrible. It had been quite a while since we had the car detailed. I took the car to Roy with it looking so bad I was embarrassed and when we picked it up, it was barely recognizable. It look absolutely great… Like a different car. He did an exceptional job and we are very well pleased. We will definitely be going back. If you need your car washed or detailed… He is your man!”
“He did an Awesome job, considering . I did have comprimised headlight seals, so the moisture was on the inside of the lense and out of his control (previous accident reported to carfax). On the outside of the lense on the left shined up to look Brand new”
“So I lost ten dollars outside in the machine and it was returned promptly. The only suggestion I would like to make is to install a small locked box that our personal info can go into when we make a claim. I wasnt entirely comfortable leaving my address and phone in the open. But thankyou very much for refunding it. Nyta”
“I stop by this car wash at least once a week, and the water pressure is the best in the area.Their customer service is excellent which is rare to find these days!We came to the car wash last Saturday. Put money in, and no soap came out of the hose or the foam brush. Sent an email, and received a response from them the next morning. After sending my address, I received a refund PLUS some for the inconvenience in less than a week.Thank you guys so much :)”

“Older laundromat/car wash near campus and attached to a gas station. Rating is for the laundromat and not for the car wash. The laundromat is not as popular as some of the other locations, so it makes for easier washing on weekends. Might need to clean the machines out before use though given there tends to be a bit of mould/gunk under the rubber gaskets along with the occasional pet hair leftover from others. Overall cleanliness is about the same as the other locations.”
