“This review is long over due. Bill’s tire center is the definition of community. And if I could give them 20 stars, I would.

The first time I went to Bill’s Tire Center in Pelzer SC was to repair a flat tire. It was a Saturday and my options were limited on places open in Pelzer to help. I gave them a shot and not only was I in and out in 10 minutes, but they also filled my donut tire with more air and secured it in my trunk for me. Then I realized I didn’t have my wallet or phone. They let me borrow an employees phone so I could call someone. Then they charged me VERY fairly for their service.

The second time I went had nothing to do with tires. My break fluid was really low and I had seen the auto parts store next door was open. But the auto parts store was in fact permanently closed and I desperately needed to figure something out. So I walked to Bill’s Tire Center and asked if they could help me. The person I spoke to (unfortunately did not get his name but I believe he may be the owner) immediately came to my rescue. Remember, my problem had nothing to do with tires! He not only filled my break fluid but checked to see if I had any leaks for my safety. Then he didn’t charge me at all, even though I truly insisted and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Alas, he won and I was not charged. In this moment, I knew Bill’s Tire Center will forever be the only place I will ever go to for my tire needs. They not only won my business but they showed me the true definition of helping your community.

I highly recommend this business. Not only for the actual quality of work on tires (the tire they fixed for me is still doing great and I live on a very bumpy dirt road so that’s saying a lot) but for how they show up for their community in times of need.

“the owner of this place and the place in easley and williamston has customer service that just simply dosent exist anymore. dylan he helped me once stayed late on a saturday because we needed a tire and wasn't gona get there in time. then he waited again when our other tire had problems.this man and his company are my tire guys for life not to mention the basically brand new tires he put on balanced them for 60 dollars. if you need tires in my mind there isn't anyone else to even consider”

“Snider tires,I loved working with this company it was the very best decision I've ever made! I'll never forget the man showed me the old school way of working with commercial size tires! He taught me how to do it the easy and safely way and using your momentum and if the tire got out of control to get the hell out of its way let it do what you can control make sure people or moving cars in the way to atleast try your best to warn them of the dangerous situation a runaway tire can be or one to explode! I surely do miss working with tires and the atmosphere the great men and women that had there experience with the tire industries! I worked very hard labor but like me being my own boss in a since! I had very great work ethics and wanted Snider Tires to really make a name for them self in this area! The reason is the industries of being a Certified Tire Technician was far in between its all safety being in control over something that powerful that could blow-up in front of you with very little air pressure could cause a croumso death! So be careful when you're messing around with tires of any sort & size!
