Very friendly and helpful people, especially considering some bad experiences in another location and two in a competitors drugstore. From the person who greeted me at the front desk when I walked in, to the person at the pharmacy that gave me my vaccine, and then again the lady that rang me up as I was leaving: excellent, excellent customer service!

These stars are for the pharmacy. They are understaffed. Six months ago they had the best group of technicians and pharmacists. Now 1 pharmacist and 1 tech. What is going on. Are you closing the store????

Judging by the 3.3 star average, I'm not alone in this situation.I usually have good experiences at Walgreens, but this one deserves the one star rating. I was unfamiliar with the point of sale system which only allows you to select either digital receipt or paper receipt. I had asked for a paper receipt, since I was never prompted while using my credit card. I was told I couldn't have it because at some point in the past, I'd previously selected digital, not paper. Imentioned that I forgot that I had done that, could I have my paper receipt?That's where it all went into a dumpster fire... Rebekah was probably one of the more unpleasant customer service, sullen, argumentative, unhelpful, and acted with disdain towards me throughout the check out.The way I look at this sort of thing is 'how would I feel if my grandmother were treated that way?'.The more we all roll over and indulge these sorts people by letting them act this way, the more it happens. Walgreens isn't a mom & pop store. If it were a mom & pop I would have infinitely more compassion for the owners challenges hiring and training their staff.Walgreens doesn't get a pass on this. If they're having problems, then pay theor staff more, train more, be more selective with hires, and weed out the bad hires. This is a Right To Work state.Within a half a mile of this store, this store is located in a market where very wealthy whales and powerful people own beach properties. I can easily imagine scenario where a vacationing retirement fund manager is treated this way. Upon returning to the office from vacation, the fund manager would instruct the analyst team to double check on what their Walgreen's positions, instructing them to explore reducing their long positions in Walgreen's stock.

The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy experience ever. I have given them ample times to improve their service (over a year) and it never improves. Consistently sends messages when Rx are not ready, doesn’t hold Rx for adequate time, doesn’t listen to refill requests, etc. will definitely never return to this pharmacy for service.

Went to pickup my prescription and there was a note stating that the pharmacy was closed Thursday and Friday 5/18-5/19, 2023.Found out they didn’t have a pharmacist. A pharmacist for Myrtle Beach was suppose to cover but decided the drive was too far.

I feel bad for anyone reviewing that they were treated poorly, because I'd be upset also; however, in all my years (and I have a lot of years), from the front register to the employees working the store, the photo area I think it is I've never used (but they ask if they can help) ... to the store managers ... and everyone in pharmacy, I've always been greeted with friendly smiles and knowledgeable help. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help, and it's nice to be greeted by name when I pull up to the drive-thru by the sweet and helpful young ladies no matter how busy they all are, and they are. The store is always clean and well stocked also. I sincerely love this Walgreens.

I love your store. But PLEASE change your hours on your website. On your website you show being opened on Friday nights till 8:00. I came to your store at 7:20 and you were closed and the sign on your door showing your new hours closing at 7:00. This was so very frustrating to show up and you’re closed. As I was leaving other people were driving in expecting you to be opened. Please be considerate and update your hours on your website.

My husband and I visited May 29 at 4:30 we were denied access to the restrooms. We were told they had already cleaned and closed them for the day because they didn't want to get them dirty again. They close at 8:00.

Another typical walgreens. We stopped to grab a few snacks for our drive from charleston to myrtle beach. Store was clean and laid out well. There were plenty of parking available. Staff inside was friendly and helpful. She answered some questions i had about where to find some stuff and also just a few local questions as well.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude and clueless and the pharmacy is downright deplorable. I have been using this place for YEARS and have never had so many problems. My medicine is always out of stock and the hours to pick them up are ridiculous. How is this place in business if they are closed most of the time??? Their hours are mon-Fri but only until 5 exactly. They are closed more days then not and there’s no notification of this until you get there and can’t get your meds. Idk why they don’t do weekends but that’s a new update as well which is seriously inconvenient for a lot of its customers. I’m typing this as I try and switch to Publix because they are this bad.
