4 months after delivery of $7,800 worth of furniture, 2 chairs, which were custom ordered, our family determined they were uncomfortable and way too small. When I reached out to Joan and Maria, Maria indicated there was nothing they could do since we'd had the chairs for 4 months. I was told this was our fault because my husband sat in the showroom model for 5 minutes and at the time thought it would work.We also purchased a hassock table with 4 stools. At the time I expressed that I thought this table might be too large for the space. Turns out it was way too big. Luckily I was able to re-home the table, so not a total loss.When you purchase $7,800 worth of furniture you might expect some kind of customer service. We would NOT recommend this business!

As an Interior Designer, the women who work and run the store are amazing. I have been in there a few times and purchased several fabulous pieces. They are very accommodating, customer service at its best and very professional. The store has many beautiful and unique things. My experience in the store has always been a joy and pleasure each time!

Waccamaw Interiors helped me make my vision come true. Joan and Maria just finished remodeling the downstairs of our home. I can not say enough a great things about this experience. They used all my notes and ideas and took them a step further than I ever imagined. They are awesome ladies to work with, as are all the professionals they hired to make make our house a home. I highly recommended them for all your interior design needs.

I should have written this long time ago,,the owner lady sold us a broken couch which i discovered when i took the cover off to wash it once.. I was heartbroken,,because we were not an "Elegantly shabby Pawleys Island" customer but a hard working family,as customer..That's why we paid her in cash ,which was what we had saved for a couch.And we are still using it ,because we have to.Unfortunately I have to say she was dishonest..I tried to support is with some wood pieces ,it was OK for a little while...I would like to inform everyone,and I am sorry to say it ,but she can't be trusted .In guess she was just happy to take our money..

These women Maria and Sharon, do a fantastic job. My villa is perfection. They were very willing to use most of my existing furnishings. They repurposed the pieces, and used thoughtful additions. I can't say enough about the pleasant experience I had working with them. Two thumbs UP.
