“This was a great Covid 19 shot experience. I had agonized for weeks and final said yes... needed a place to get J&J quick before I lost my nerve,,, they had J&J; I got the shot within the hour..Will use again for flu etc. there is a real pharmacist there!! Very impt to me as I tend to have reactions...”
“Publix Pharmacy employees deliver outstanding customer service and are attentive to needs, concerns, and questions. I tried other pharmacies first, which were all epic fails: didn't receive my refill request, couldn't get my insurance to work, were out of stock for the medication I needed, etc.. Publix is the way to go. They have always been prepared and courteous.”
“Very friendly and helpful people, especially considering some bad experiences in another location and two in a competitors drugstore. From the person who greeted me at the front desk when I walked in, to the person at the pharmacy that gave me my vaccine, and then again the lady that rang me up as I was leaving: excellent, excellent customer service!”
“My dad was in Litchfield for a week and had left one of his daily glaucoma eye drops at home. The ladies at Pawleys Island Pharmacy found them for him and were able to get them for him the next day. They really went out of their way to help him and that is much appreciated. The other pharmacies he tried in the area just said sorry we can’t help you except for CVS where he was completely ignored. We will be back to see them at The Litchfield store of the Pawlleys Island Pharmacy!”
“I had the best experience here picking up some Walgreens sport sunblock. That is the sunblock I use for sports. It does not run, burn my eyes, and lasts a long time. The young man, a college student, was super nice, and he made me feel welcome!!”
“great service and skill from the girl at the front of the store healing with a photo transfer from my cell to printer. She was so patient and very skilled. We are all lucky to have her in our local store.”
“I loved the Litchfield location for many years. However, recently I contracted covid and needed an rx filled for Paxlovid. Through no fault of the Litchfield store, they had to transfer the rx to the PI location. When I went to pick it up I was told it was going to cost me $1,373.00. I spent two days off and on the phone between Medicare and Pfizer, who both assured me it should be of no cost to me. Pfizer provided me with a voucher, which I then relayed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy told me they were having a glitch in their software, and 3 days later I never did get it or here from them. I had the rx transferred to Publix and picked it up an hour later. I’m so disappointed.”
