I highly recommend Pawleys Cottage Furniture & Design!! They completely renovated 2 full bathrooms in my house and made the process seamless. Great customer service, quick responses, trustworthy and provided excellent service through the entire process. I never had to worry or stress which made the renovation easy on our household. I will continue to use them for all future renovations. The whole team went above and beyond to assist in this renovation. I can’t thank them enough for transforming our home! 10/10!!

In August of 2022 , my wife and I met with Mary , Chris and Melissa of Pawleys Cottage . We have owned a Condo in Litchfield By The Sea for 25 years . It was time for a total renovation but for such a large project and living in Northern Virginia, it seemed to be an enormous task to “ get it done RIGHT the first time !Melissa, Chris and Mary met with us and assured us they would work with us as a team to plan, design and complete the job on time starting the day after Labor Day. The task required stripping sanding the ceilings, painting the entire 3 bedroom and three bath unit . New window treatments, removing the tile floors , replacing them with high quality LVP, and throughout plus new carpeting in all bedrooms. Complete renovation of the master Bathroom and a large portion of the two other bathrooms . All new appliances , replacing all new cabinet fronts and doors throughout the unit . New area carpets in the hallway, living room and dining areas. New buildout of a desk area and all new buildouts in the Master Bath to include a beautiful new shower and cabinets . New Ceiling fans throughout, and a lot of plumbing and electrical work to accompany new tiles countertops and flooring in the master bath as well as the kitchen area.Design and installation of new shiplap in the Master Bedroom and dining area.New hardware on all doors throughout the unit as well as all new lighting .The result was a like new modern costal condo.As an old retired Army career officer , attention to detail remains a part of my standards. I discussed this fact with the Pawleys Cottage Team at the beginning and throughout the project to completion . I am certain they will attest to that fact and that I likely was not the easiest client they had to work.The bottom line is they said from day one that if we were not happy with the end product they would do whatever they had to do to make us a very satisfied customer .They did just that, and kept us informed throughout the project with emails , photos and adjusted our plan as necessary . There was never any surprises , cost overruns or any other questionable activity . All business, all professional, and friendly service by their team .Melissa and Mary were always on top of everything, constantly making great suggestions on design and selections . Chris was sending me timely information and suggestions and on the business side of activities, invoices , and the like was always available and open to out needs and requirements. All in all they performed as an effective team. I without reservation highly recommend them and their services . They are clearly the best in what they do in the entire area .John Hay

When it came time to renovate our condo in Litchfield by the Sea we had little idea how we would manage the remodel when our primary home is 600 miles away. A neighbor told us about Pawleys Cottage and when we stopped by their location we were greeted enthusiastically by Mary the receptionist who filled us in on their services. Chris and Melissa did a fantastic job managing our remodel while we were at our primary home, making sure various phases were carried out in a timely fashion. Pawleys Cottage also has excellent contacts and contractors to accomplish the tasks involved in a major renovation. And both Chris and Melissa had many good recommendations and advice for materials and design. Our renovation turned out fantastic and we couldn’t be more happy.

We had Pawleys Cottage remodel a tired beach house we bought. From the beginning Chris, Mary, and Melissa were professional and very helpful. From picking out paint colors, furniture, light fixtures and rugs, they listened to our needs/wants and provided us with a fantastic plan. They met the deadline we had for them and Chris called frequently to keep us updated. Their contractor Dawn and company were the best! I would definitely recommend using them for your design needs. I plan to use them again in the future for more updating of our house. Thanks guys!

Contacted Pawley’s Cottage when I realized living 5 hours from home remodel on the island was going to be a huge tasks.Helped taking my ideas and bringing them to fruition from Pinterest boards to bouncing ideas back and forth.They were a great team to work with.

Our experience working with Pawleys Cottage to completely decorate and furnish our beach home was wonderful! From my entrance into the shop where I met meticulous Mary and master-mind Melissa, I was sold on using PC to tackle our project. This amazing team of individuals listened to and applied the ideas we had and implemented them into a beautiful design that flows perfectly throughout our home. From fabrics to flooring, tile to artwork, they created a space that is comfortably luxurious!

We bought a couch and chair a year ago. Pawleys was great to work with but now we have an issue with chair and we have only heard crickets from them for last 7 weeks. No follow up from Chris.

Melissa and Sue are amazing. They furnished our condo in Litchfield by the Sea. Being a rental unit, the rental management was so impressed by the design that they used our condo as the feature condo on the website. I highly recommend!
