Quick, efficient, kind and knowledgeable! Prefer coming here than Ready Med or Urgent Care!

Tonya and Stacy were amazing. I could not have asked for better, more compassionate, or more thorough care of my son who had a splinter lodged pretty deep in his foot. They went above and beyond! They were so caring and effective! I would recommend this place to everyone. We also got right in with no wait! I am a healthcare provider so I don’t say these things lightly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in to have my two-year-old be seen for an earache after coming here for the last six years with all three of my children with no issues was met with a very hostile and entitled attitude regarding us being out of state not sure if she automatically assumed based on my lack of getting ready if I was Medicaid or not, but she said that since I confirmed we had out of state Medicaid… Which again has not been an issue since we’ve been coming to see her… That she could not see us even though I was self pay. Both of my parents are physicians, and I have been around enough physicians and worked in multiple practices in my life to know that this attitude is normal but only for a Doctor Who thinks they’re better than everyone else because of the letters after their name. Education doesn’t build character. Being that my Medicaid is primarily due to the fact that I’m in school and not working, it’s just completely ridiculous for her to refuse to see us or give us any prescriptions for an antibiotic I’m trying to refer us to the emergency room as if oblivious to the fact that we’d be charged $500 if not more just for a damn earache… Again, never been an issue for the last SIX years of coming here.

Doctor was nice at first, then when I asked some questions I was met with not so friendly answers. I asked what the reasoning might be for my sore throat and congestion if it’s not strep, the answer I got was “that’s what you came in for that’s what you said it was, is that not what you came in for? Could be a cold”. Not a very helpful answer, at all. Then when I was asked to pay, I told her to give me one moment while I call my boyfriend for his card and she said “Do you even have a card?” I then told her yes I do, he offered to pay. The feeling I got from that was like the same as her asking “can you even pay for this?” which I found extremely rude. So I left with an over all answer of “maybe you have a cold”. Like I said, she was super nice to start off with, then when I was asking questions, it seemed like I was annoying her and I did not appreciate what she said about the card situation. Would not recommend this place to others.

Worst NP I've ever been seen by. If Stacie Bartman is the NP on, find another Healthcare provider to be seen by. She was rude, obnoxious, and clearly miserable for having to work on a Sunday and see sick patients. STAY AWAY!!!

The worse place i have encountered here in Pawleys Island. My husband is sick, fever, and because he can't get the Khios to work, the NP would not see him. She didn't offer to help..Just told him " until he could get his number in, she could not help him". Totally disgusted!!!

Jessica saw us while on vacation. She was so pleasant and attentive. We waited 70 minutes and she did apologize for the wait which I appreciated and did not expect. This was the only urgent care we found to be open on a Sunday. I found our care to be top of the line.My daughter ended up having an ear infection. This could have really put a damper on our vacation but it was such a positive visit. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Had to wait less than 5 minutes to see the doctor, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my prescription!

This is the second time I tried minute clinic here in Pawleys. I made an appointment online at 10:09 and they automatically scheduled me for 10:15 I did not get there till 10:25 and I had to sign in again and wait. When I walked in I was asked if I had a flu shot. I never get a flu shot I have Always gotten the flu when I got vaccine and I seem to escape it when I don’t - anyway the nurse went on to ask me before I was seated, if I had a fever. I told her one day I did she proceeded to tell me that I had the flu. I knew I did not have the flu I told her that I got a cold and it often turns in to an upper respiratory infection and that’s what I’m experiencing she said that she doesn’t prescribe according to patient’s requests. But bases it on history. So I told her EVERY YEAR FOR THE PAST 5 years this is what has happened. Last time I saw this same nurse she ended up prescribing me like $120 worth of nose sprays that didn’t help at all and I needed to get antibiotics. So I left and will wait to see someone tomorrow At my primary care physician’s office.

Horrible experience. I'm expecting and came to get checked out because I fainted this morning. On vacation, I waited for 2 hours, 3 people came in ahead of us who had signed in online. We finally just left after the nurse didn't even come out and say anything about the ridiculous wait. I'm all for having online sign in but that shouldn't just ignore the fact that other people have been sitting there for hours. What a waste of time. I'll never go here or another minute clinic again. I didn't have another choice. Nothing else was open.
