Store was a mess. Shelves were a mess. No one was straitening up. Shelves with products all over the placeCashiers talking at the front when I walked in. And the windows, how can you let them get that bad? By the filth on the doors and windows, you would think the building was abandoned. I have worked for CVS and have never seen a store this bad. It's apparent that employees do not care about this store.

Horrid, unprofessional pharmacy staff in Pawleys Island, SC. Went there for a prescription transfer and they were argumentive, uncooperative and backed up severely. Worst experience, no courtesy whatsoever. Not sure what their issues are but friendliness is not on the menu. Restructuring is clearly needed. Find another pharmacy.

I arrived for my flu shot at 3:55 for a 4 pm appointment. Another customer came in at 4:07 (also with a 4 pm appointment). The other client waited in line behind me, and then went directly to sit behind the blue curtain, jumping ahead of me. Joe told the other customer that he would have to wait his turn. I appreciate the good customer service.

Dissapointed how this stores trash is always flying all over the place,since they leave their trash lids open, birds n dumpster divers spreading litter everywhere!!Cardboard dumpster over flowing constantly and blowing into nearby parking lots.

I have found the pharmacy staff at this location to be dishonest and disrespectful. Month after month I have received push back when picking up my medication. Improper billing multiple times that had to be corrected and an attitude for asking for it to be done properly. The final straw was being told my medication was discontinued when it wasn’t. I transferred my prescription to Publix and have been experiencing excellent customer service since.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in Pawleys Island. I woudn't expect anything less from a CVS pharmacy coming from Virginia. They never have medications on hand and send you text messages telling you your medication(s) are available only to arrive to tell you they are on backorder. I went to the CVS drive thru today at 1:45 pm to find out that the Pharmacy was closed for lunch and would re-open at 2:00 pm. I drove around for about 10 minutes and went back to the drive thru at 1:53 pm to wait for them to open. At 2:05 someone finally opened the Pharmacy window to assist. While ringing up the order and charging my credit card the assistant continue to drag on in a conversation with someone else in the Pharmacy while I continued to wait. The professionalism and respect for others time is horrible. My recommendation is to find another pharmacy.

We made an appointment for the Minute Clinic, 40 minutes away. The nurse was rude and was having issues processing the Veterans health insurance. She rudely told us she had other people waiting and would not be able to see/treat my husband

Once again I tried to give CVS pharmacy a try when my doctor unwittingly Sent in a prescription. 6 days later I called wanting to know where it was. She quickly said, I'll have it in an hour. I said don't bother. The absolute worst run pharmacy in the area.

Staff is not helpful. Would rather play on cell phones. When trying to get some assistance, I was given attitude as if I was bothering them. 2 employees with zero customer service skills. I was in the store for over an hour at the photo center. Sad

I wish I could give 0 stars. My dog has seizures and we had our vet call multiple times to get her medication refilled. I tried calling to check on the status and it said no RX ready for refill. I went into my vet's office to check. They had it noted they called multiple times. I called CVS and the phone rang and no one answered. I went in and there were 5 people working. No one else customer wise was there and they were goofing around. No one was answering the phone. They played around, one knocking over a stack of medicine. The one woman had taken the call and never processed the RX. I had to stand around waiting. They also kept asking me my DOB and I told them it was under my dog's name and DOB. The delay was unnecessary and caused my dog to have a major seizure. Transferred all my RX's to another pharmacy.
