Lied to multiple times today. The pharmacist Joe took sides with an employee that blatantly lied to my face, with a sarcastic smile at that. Spent over Two hours of my day to not get what was needed. I was told by one employee they didn't even have it. Spent another 15 minutes calling other pharmacies to see if they had it, per her suggestion. Only to go back in to transfer the prescription and the pharmacist said we have it. Another person lied. Three people in one day lied to me. The Joe (pharmacist) takes their side. Hey but he did offer to send it to Walgreens after all. Thanks Joe,
I will take all of my business to Walgreens. Your staff has been rude to me for the last time.

The service is very bad and rude staff in the pharmacy area. They can never seem to get my over the counter part of my insurance to work. And you have to look and make sure your prescription is filled correctly.

Store was a mess. Shelves were a mess. No one was straitening up. Shelves with products all over the placeCashiers talking at the front when I walked in. And the windows, how can you let them get that bad? By the filth on the doors and windows, you would think the building was abandoned. I have worked for CVS and have never seen a store this bad. It's apparent that employees do not care about this store.

Horrid, unprofessional pharmacy staff in Pawleys Island, SC. Went there for a prescription transfer and they were argumentive, uncooperative and backed up severely. Worst experience, no courtesy whatsoever. Not sure what their issues are but friendliness is not on the menu. Restructuring is clearly needed. Find another pharmacy.

I arrived for my flu shot at 3:55 for a 4 pm appointment. Another customer came in at 4:07 (also with a 4 pm appointment). The other client waited in line behind me, and then went directly to sit behind the blue curtain, jumping ahead of me. Joe told the other customer that he would have to wait his turn. I appreciate the good customer service.
