“I arrived for my flu shot at 3:55 for a 4 pm appointment. Another customer came in at 4:07 (also with a 4 pm appointment). The other client waited in line behind me, and then went directly to sit behind the blue curtain, jumping ahead of me. Joe told the other customer that he would have to wait his turn.
